NOTIFICATION
No.VPM-2021/CR-14/PR-4(22).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of article 243 of the Constitution of India, read with section 4 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act ( III of 1959), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in supersession of all the previous notifications or instruments issued in that behalf, and after consultation with the Standing Committee of the Zilla Parishad, Beed and Village Panchayat and Gram Sabha Chaklamba, in Gevrai Tahasil of Beed District, the Governor of Maharashtra hereby specifies the 28th January 2022, to be the date from which each of the local areas comprising group of revenue villages or revenue village of Chaklamba, Kasarwadi and Balanaik Tanda in Gevrai Tahasil, in Beed District, specified in column (3) of the Schedule appended hereto, shall be the District village and shall be known by the name of the villages Chaklamba and Balanaik Tanda, respectively, as specified in column (2) thereof, for the purposes of Part IX of the Constitution.
