अधिसूचना

क्रमांक: रानिआ/मनपा-२०२२/प्र.क्र.५/का.५ दिनांक २८ जानेवारी, २०२२ अन्वये राज्य निवडणूक आयु, महाराष्ट्र यांनी महाराष्ट्र महानगरपालिका अधिनियम (सन १९४९ चा मुंबई ५९) (यापुढे " अधिनियम " म्हणून उल्लेखिलेला) चे कलम ५(३) व कलम १४ अन्वये प्रारुप अधिसूचना प्रसिध्द करण्याचे ठरविले आहे. सदर अधिसूचनेव्दारे अकोला महानगरपालिका क्षेत्रातील प्रभागांची संख्या व त्यांची व्याप्ती निश्चित करण्यात येईल.

२. आणि ज्याअर्थी, प्रारुप मसूदा उ अधिनियमाच्या कलम ५, पोटकलम (३) च्या परंतुकाप्रमाणे अकोला महानगरपालिका क्षेत्रातील सर्व रहिवांशाच्या माहितीसाठी प्रसिध्द करावयाचा आहे, ज्याअर्थी राज्य निवडणूक आयोग, महाराष्ट्र यांचे आदेश रानिआ/मनपा-२०१४/प्र.क्र.२६/का.५, दि.६/२/ २०१५ नुसार सदर अधिसुचनेचा प्रारुप मसूदा राजपत्रात प्रसिध्द करण्याचे अधिकार महानगरपालिका आयु यांना प्रदान करण्यात आले आहेत. आणि त्यानुसार सदर प्रारुप मसुदा प्रसिध्द करण्यात येत असून, उ अधिसूचनेचा मसूदा दिनांक ०१ फेब्रुवारी,२०२२ नंतर आयु, राज्य निवडणूक आयोग, महाराष्ट्र किंवा त्यांनी प्राधिकृत केलेले अधिकारी विचारात घेतील.

३. उ अधिसूचनेच्या अनुषंगाने नागरिकांच्या हरकती किंवा सूचना असल्यास आयु, अकोला महानगरपालिका यांचेकडे दिनांक १४ फेब्रुवारी,२०२२ रोजी किंवा तत्पूर्वी लेखी सादर कराव्यात. उ तारखेनंतर आलेल्या हरकती व सूचना विचारात घेतल्या जाणार नाहीत.

या अधिसूचनेच्या तारखेच्या निकटच्या पुढील सार्वत्रिक निवडणूकीच्या प्रयोजनार्थ ही अधिसूचना अंमलात येईल.
