No. SPC-1316/C.R.205/IX.—Whereas, the 14th Finance Commission has recommended for establishment of 18 temporary additional Courts viz. 14 Additional Courts in the cadre of District Judge and 04 Additional Courts in the cadre of Senior Civil Judge,
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra in consultation with the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay, vide notifications referred at Sr. No.1, had appointed retired judicial Officers to the temporary additional posts of District Judge/Senior Civil Judge,

Shri Vasudeo Tukaramji Suryawanshi District Judge 08.06.2021 And whereas, the Hon'ble High Court, Bombay has recommended the following retired judicial Officers for appointment to the temporary additional posts of District Judge for period of one year, as the vacancies arised due to the resignations of retired judicial Officers as mentioned in schedule-I.
Now therefore, the Government of Maharashtra in consultation with the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay, hereby appoinis the following retired judicial officers as mentioned in Schedule-II, to the temporary additional posts of District Judge/Senior Civil Judge as shown against their respective names, for the period of one year from the date on which they assume charge of their respective post or until further orders, whichever occurs earlier.
