(cid:249)याअथ(cid:559), महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) शासनाने, (cid:249)या (cid:550)े(cid:327)ाकरीता महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) औ(cid:464)ोिगक िवकास महामंडळास (यानंतर "म.औ.िव.म" संबोिधलेले) महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) (cid:332)ादेिशक व नगर रचना अिधिनयम, १९६६ चे (यानंतर "उ(cid:242)त अिधिनयम" असा उ(cid:269)लेख क(cid:577)लेला ) कलम ४०(१अ) अ(cid:261)वये "अिधसूिचत (cid:550)े(cid:327)ाकरीता" िवशेष िनयोजन (cid:332)ािधकरण (यानंतर "िविन(cid:332)ा" असे संबोिधलेले ) (cid:266)हणुन िनयु(cid:242)त कर(cid:256)यात आले आहे, (cid:257)या (cid:550)े(cid:327)ाकरीता नगर िवकास िवभागाची अिधसूचना (cid:312). टीपीबी/४३०८/४६५/सीआर ६४/०८/निव-११, िदनांक ३१ ऑग(cid:274)ट, २००९ नुसार िवकास िनयं(cid:327)ण िनयमावली मंजूर क(cid:577)ली असून, ती िदनांक २४ स(cid:262)ट(cid:608)बर, २००९ पासून अंमलात आलेली आहे;
आिण (cid:249)याअथ(cid:559), महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) शासनाने, उ(cid:242)त अिधिनयमाचे कलम ३७(१अअ) नुसार (cid:332)ा(cid:262)त अिधकाराचा वापर क(cid:544)न, नगर िवकास िवभागाची अिधसूचना (cid:312). टीपीबी ४३१४/२०/आर-३२/२०१४/निव-११, िदनांक १ ऑग(cid:274)ट, २०१५ नूसार, (cid:249)यासाठी म.औ.िव.म िविन(cid:332)ा आहे, अशा एका(cid:556)(cid:257)मक औ(cid:464)ोिगक (cid:550)े(cid:327)ाकरीता िनयमावली लागू कर(cid:256)यासाठी सदर िवकास िनयं(cid:327)ण िनयमावलीम(cid:260)ये फ(cid:577)रबदल मंजूर कर(cid:256)यात आला आहे ;
आिण (cid:249)याअथ(cid:559), बदल(cid:257)या गरजांचा िवचार क(cid:544)न, म.औ.िव.म. ने अ(cid:556)(cid:274)त(cid:257)वातील िवकास िनयं(cid:327)ण िनयमावली बदलून नवीन िनयमांचा संच तयार कर(cid:256)याचा िनण(cid:593)य घेतला व (cid:257)यानुसार महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) रा(cid:249)यातील म.औ.िव . म. चे सव(cid:593) (cid:550)े(cid:327)ाकरीता िवकास िनयं(cid:327)ण व (cid:332)ो(cid:257)साहन िनयमावलीचे (cid:332)ा(cid:543)प तयार क(cid:577)ले आहे ;
आिण (cid:249)याअथ(cid:559), म.औ.िव.म. ने िदनांक ३० नो(cid:271)ह(cid:606)बर, २०२१ चे महामंडळाचे बैठकीत, (cid:332)ा(cid:543)प सव(cid:593)समावेशक िवकास िनयं(cid:327)ण व (cid:332)ो(cid:257)साहन िनयमवाली २०२२ (यानंतर "(cid:332)ा(cid:543)प सीडीसीपीआर" असे संबोिधलेले) वर जनतेकड(cid:564)न सूचना व हरकती मागिव(cid:256)यासाठी ठराव पा(cid:555)रत क(cid:577)लेला आहे ;

NOTICE
No. MIDC/CP/A-38549/2022
Modification to the Development Control Regulations for the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation under section 37(1) of the MR & TP Act, 1966 ;
Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has sanctioned the Revised Development Control Regulations 2009 (hereinafter referred to as 'DCR') for the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (hereinafter abbreviated as 'MIDC') vide Urban Development Department Notification No. TPB/4308/465/CR 64/08/UD-11, Dated 31st August, 2009 and the same have come into force with effect from 24th September, 2009 for the 'notified areas' under section 40 (1A) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as 'the said Act') where MIDC is the Special Planning Authority (hereafter abbreviated as 'SPA');
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (1AA) has sanctioned modifications to the said DCR vide Urban Development Department's Notification No. TPB 4314/20/R-32/2014/UD-11, dated 1st August, 2015 which are applicable to Integrated Industrial Areas for which MIDC is SPA under section 40 of the said Act;
And whereas, in view of the changing requirements, MIDC has decided to prepare one set of regulation to be made applicable to entire MIDC areas replacing existing regulations and accordingly prepared a set of Draft Development Control and Promotion Regulations to be made applicable to entire MIDC areas in the State of Maharashtra;
And whereas, MIDC in its Board Meeting No. 391 dated 30th November 2021 has resolved to publish the said set of Draft Comprehensive Development Control and Promotion Regulations 2022 (hereafter referred as 'Draft CDCPR') for inviting suggestions/ objections from General Public;
And whereas, in exercise of powers conferred upon it under section 37 (1) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966, MIDC declares its intention to replace the existing Development Control Regulations by new set of Draft Comprehensive Development Control and Promotion Regulations 2022 and for that purpose publishes a notice for inviting suggestions / objections from public with respect to the said draft Comprehensive Development Control and Promotion Regulations within a period of one month from the date of publication of this notice in the Maharashtra Government Gazette;
Any suggestion / objections on the said proposed modification be forwarded to the Chief Planner, MIDC, Udyog Sarathi, Marol Industrial Area, Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai 400 093. The suggestions / objections received within a period of one month from the date of publication of this notice in the Maharashtra Government Gazette shall be duly considered before submitting the modification proposal to the Government for sanction.
This notice with draft CDCPR is kept open for inspection to the general public in the following offices for the above period on all working days and is also available on website https://www.midcindia.org.
