क्रमांक एफएफएसए/एमएस/एफडीए/अन्न विश्लेषक/२२/७.-----अन्न सुरक्षा व मानके अधिनियम, २००६ (२००६ मधील ३४) चे कलम ४५ अन्वये असलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून अन्न सुरक्षा आयुक्त्त, महाराष्ट्र राज्य याद्वारे खाली परिशिष्टातील स्तंभ (२) मध्ये नमूद केलेल्या व्यक्त्तींना अन्न विश्लेषण म्हणून स्तंभ (३) मध्ये दर्शविलेल्या कार्यक्षेत्रासाठी दिनांक ११ जानेवारी २०२२ रोजी पासून त्यांच्या शासकीय सेवा कालावधीकरिता नियुक्त्त आहे.

No. FSSA/MS/FDA/Food Analyst/ -22/7.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 45 of Food Safety and Standard Act, 2006 (34 of 2006). The Commissioner of Food Safety, Maharashtra State hereby appoints the following persons as Food Analyst for the area indicated against him/ her with effect from the 11th January 2022 for their tenure under Government service.

NOTIFICATION
No. PL (APP)/Steno/2022/418-502.—Shri Vishwanath Satyanarayana Sherla, Senior Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge, working on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, is hereby promoted and appointed to the post of " Additional Registrar/Principal Secretary to the Honourable the Chief Justice " in the pay scale of Rs. 51550-1230-58930-1380-63070, purely on temporary basis, initially for a period of six months w.e.f. 1st February 2022 or with effect from the date he assumes charge of the said post, on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay on the following conditions :—
(1) Continuance on such post shall depend on his performance during the six months next following assumption of charge.
(2) He is liable to be reverted to his original post i.e. Senior Private Secretary, at any time, during the said period without giving any notice or assigining any reasons.
(3) His appointment is made subject to the result of litigation/representation whether pending, if any, or that may be filed in which any appointment, seniority etc., in respect of the post of Additional Registrar/Principal Secretary to the Honourable the Chief Justice are/would be challenged.
