NOTIFICATION
Read.— High Court Notification No. PL(APP)/Steno/2022/418, dated 27th January 2022, thereby promoted and appointed Shri Vishwanath S. Sherla, Senior Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge to the post of Additional Registrar/Principal Secretary to the Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
No. PL (APP)/Steno/2022/557-657.—In superssion of the above referred notification dated 27th January 2022, Shri Vishwanath Satyanarayana Sherla, Senior Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge, working on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, is hereby promoted and appointed to the post of "Additional Registrar/Principal Secretary to the Honourable the Chief Justice" in the pay scale of Rs. 51550-1230-58930-1380-63070 purely on temporary basis initially for a period of six months w.e.f. 28th January 2022 or thereafter from the date on which he assumes charge of the said post, on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, on the following conditions :—
(1) Continuance on such post shall depend on his performance during the six months next following assumption of charge.
(2) He is liable to be reverted to his original post i.e. Senior Private Secretary, at any time, during the said period without giving any notice or assigining any reasons.
