Whereas, Development Plan of Katol has been sanctioned by the Government of Maharashtra in Urban Development Department vide it's Letter No. TPS-2406-3123-Case No. 133-07-UD-9, Dated 04-11-2008 and it has came into force with effect from 15-12-2008;

And whereas, the Planning Authority i.e. Municipal Council, Katol has now decided to make change modification in the aforesaid sanctioned Development Plan of Katol in respect of the purpose as per Municipal Resolution in following Chart. This change will not change the character of the aforesaid sanctioned Development Plan of Katol.

It's hereby notified that any person having any objection or suggestion regarding the proposed modification may com- municate the same in writing to the President, Municipal Council, Katol within a period of not more than one month from the date of publication of this Notice in the Maharashtra Government Gazette. The objec- tions shall be considered by the Planning Authority before submitting the Proposal to the Government for saction.

In exercise of the powers conferred on me by Order No. SEC-N.P.-2021-CN-03-ॅ.-6, dated 12th November 2021 of the State Election Commission, Maharashtra the Collector of Wardha district proposes to make the following Draft Order under sub-section (1) of the Section 10 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965, (Mah. XL of 1965) (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act") to fix for the Ashti Nagar Panchayat the number and the extent of the Wards into which the said Nagar Panchayat area shall be divided and to specify the wards reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes and the Backward Class of Citizens), as the case may be, as shown in the Schedule to the Draft Order of the residents of the Ashti Nagar Panchayat Considering the objection received by me in respect of the said draft order. I, Prerana Deshbhratar, the Collector of Wardha district in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the said Act. Hereby make the following order namely :–

Whereas, the Regional Director of Municipal Administration, Nagpur by his Order No. MUN 19(3)-CR-474-2021. dated 22nd November 2021 issued under sub-section (2) of Section 9 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 (Mah.XL of 1965) has fixed for the Ashti Nagar Panchayat, the number of Councillors to be elected and the number of seats to be reserved for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including the number of seats reserved for the women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes and the Backward Class of Citizens) as shown below :–

In exercise of powers conferred on me by Order No. SEC-N.P.-2021-CN.-03-ॅ-06, dated 12-11-2021 of the State Election Commission, Maharashtra, the Collector of Wardha district proposes to make the following Draft order under sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 (Mah. XL of 1965) (hereinafter referred to as the " said Act ") to fix for the Karanja (Gha.) Nagar Panchayat the number and the extent of the wards into which the said Nagar Panchayat area shall be divided and to specifiy the wards reserved for Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Backward Class of Citizens) as the case may be, as shown in the Schedule to the Draft Order of the residents of the Karanja (Gha.) Nagar Panchayat Considering the objection received by me in respect of the said draft order. 2. In exercise of the powers conferred on me by Order No. SEC/N.P-2021-CN.03-KA-O6, Date 09th November 2021 of the State Election Commission, Maharashtra, the Collector of Wardha District proposes to make the following Draft Order, under sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 (Mah.XL of 1965) (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act") to fix for the Samudrapur Nagar Panchayat the number and the extent of the wards into which the said Nagar Panchayat area shall be divided and to specify the wards reserved for Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including women belonging to the Scheduled Caste, the Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens) as the case may be, as shown in the Schedule to the draft order of the residents of the Samudrapur Nagar Panchayat considering the objection received by me in respect of the said draft order.
