क्रमांक एसजीपी -२०२१/ प्र.क्र.३०० /का.१४. महाराष्ट्र महसूल न्यायाधिकरण , मुंबई येथे जिल्हाधिकारी , मुंबई शहर कार्यालयाच्या दाखल प्रकरणांमध्ये शासनाच्या वतीने बाजू मांडण्यासाठी अॅड. कविता एन . सोळुंके यांची विशेष सरकारी वकील या पदावर विधि व न्याय विभाग , शासन अधिसूचना क्रमांक जीपीए-२०१८ / ५८५/प्र.क्र.१३७ / का.१४ , दिनांक ३० जानेवारी २०१९ अन्वये तीन वर्षांच्या कालावधीसाठी नियुक्ती करण्यात आली होती .

२. अॅड. कविता एन. सोळंके यांच्या महाराष्ट्र महसूल न्यायाधिकरण, मुंबई येथील " विशेष सरकारी वकील " पदावरील नियुक्तीस दिनांक ३१ जानेवारी २०२२ पासून सदर पदावर विहित कार्यपद्धतीनुसार योग्य उमेदवाराची नियुक्ती होईपर्यंत अथवा पुढील आदेशापर्यंत अथवा त्यांच्या वयास ६२ वर्षे पूर्ण होतील तो दिनांक यापर्यंतचा कालावधी , यापैकी जे अगोदर घडेल तोपर्यंतच्या कालावधीकरिता तात्पुरत्या स्वरूपात मुदतवाढ देण्यात येत आहे.

३. सदर मुदतवाढ ही महाराष्ट्र विधि अधिकारी (नियुक्ती , सेवाशर्ती व मानधन) नियम , १९ ८४ यामध्ये दिलेल्या सेवाशर्तीच्या अधीन राहील .

४. वरील आदेश मागे घेण्याचा/ त्यात दुरुस्ती करण्याचा/ ते रद्द करण्याचा अधिकार शासन राखून ठेवीत आहे.

( २ ) वेळापत्रक अंदाजित असून जाहिरातीच्या अथवा परीक्षेच्या प्रस्तावित महिना/ दिनांकामध्ये कोणत्याही प्रकारचा बदल होऊ शकतो, असा बदल झाल्यास तो आयोगाच्या संकेतस्थळावर प्रसिद्ध करण्यात येईल . ( ३ ) अंदाजित वेळापत्रकाबाबतची सद्यःस्थिती दर्शविणारी अद्ययावत माहिती ( Updates ) वेळोवेळी आयोगाच्या संकेतस्थळावर प्रसिद्ध करण्यात येईल.

(४) संबंधित परीक्षेची परीक्षायोजना , अभ्यासक्रम, निवड पद्धत इत्यादी तपशील आयोगाच्या संकेतस्थळावर प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आला आहे / येईल व आयोगाच्या धोरणानुसार वेळोवेळी अद्ययावत करण्यात येईल .

(५ ) संबंधति परीक्षेमधून भरावयाच्या पदसंख्येबाबतचा सविस्तर तपशील जाहिरात/ अधिसूचनेद्वारे उपलब्ध करून देण्यात येईल .
