Surekha Shriram Pathak , Shri Prashant Narayanrao Naik ( presently working as Protocol Officer - cum- Court Keeper ) and Shri Umesh Dattatray Dabhade , Section Officers , working on the establishment of the High Court of Bombay , Bench at Aurangabad are hereby promoted and appointed to the post of " Assistant Registrar" , in Pay Matrix S - 23 ( 67700-208700 ) on the establishment of the High Court of Bombay , Bench at Aurangabad , with effect from 9th February 2022 or thereafter from the dates on which they assume charge of the said post , subject to the result of litigation/representation , whether pending , if any or that may be filed in which any appointment/seniority etc. in respect of the post of " Assistant Registrar" would be challenged .
