क्रमांक आयडीसी २०११/(प्र.क्र. ५४४)/उ-१४.—जयाअर्थी महाराष्ट्र औद्योदगक दिकास अदिदनयम, १९६१ (१९६२ चा महा. तीन) चे कलम १ पयोट-कलम (३) अनिये करणयात आलेली ि महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र, असािारण, भाग चार-ब, ददनांक २२-२८ सपटेंबर २०११ रयोजी पृष्ठ क्र. ३ ते ८ िर प्रदसद्ध करणयात आलेली शासनाचे उद्योग, ऊजा्ग ि कामगार दिभागाचे क्र. आयडीसी २०११/ (प्र.क्र. ५४४)/उ-१४, ददनांक १६ सपटेंबर २०११ अनिये उपरयोकत अदिदनयमाचया प्रकरण सहाचे उपबंि हे तया अदिसूचनेत नमूद केलेले मौजे नांदिण, तालुका निापूर, दजलहा नंदूरबार येर्ील क्ेत्ास ददनांक २२ सपटेंबर २०११ या तारखेपासून लागू करणेत आलेलया आहेत ि उकत क्ेत् हे उकत अदिदनयमाचया कलम २ खंड (ग) अनिये " औद्योदगक क्ेत् " महणून जाहीर केलेले आहे.

आदण जयाअर्थी, उपरयोकत अनुसूचीमधये जाहीर केलेलया जदमनी तयाभागात समादिष्ट आहे. (यापुढे याचा उललेख उकत जमीन असा करणयात येईल);

आदण जयाअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र औद्योदगक दिकास महामंडळाकररता उकत जदमनी औद्योदगक क्ेत् महणून दिकासासा्ठी या जागेची आिशयकता असलयाचे राजय शासनाचे मत आहे;

आदण जयाअर्थी, उकत जदमनीचया जमीन मालकांचे ि तयात दहतसंबंि असलेलया वयकतींचे महणणे अदिदनयमांचया कलम ३२ चे पयोट-कलम (२) प्रमाणे एकूण घेतलेले आहे ि तयानुसार राजय शासनाने या कलमाचया ३२ चया अनुषंगाने उकत जमीन संपादन करणयाचा दनण्गय घेतला आहे.

तयाअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र औद्योदगक दिकास अदिदनयम, १९६१ चे कलम ३२(१) चा िापर करून सदर जदमनी उपरयोकत कारणांसा्ठी संपाददत केलया असलयाबद्दलची ही नयोटीस शासन या कलमा अनिये प्रापत अदिकारांचा िापर करून प्रदसद्ध करीत आहे.

NOTICE

Maharashtra IndustrIal developMent act, 1961.

No. IDC 2011/(C.R.544)/Ind.- 14.—Whereas by Government Notification, Industries, Energy and Labour Department, No. IDC 2011/(C.R. 544)/Ind 14, dated 16th September 2011 issued under sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 (Mah. III of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as " the said Act "), and published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IV-B, dated 22-28th September 2011, on pages 6 to 8 the Government of Maharashtra has notified the date 22nd September 2011 to be date from which the provisions of Chapter VI of the said Act, shall take effect in certain areas of village Nandawan, in Taluka Navapur, District Nandurbar mentioned in the Schedule appended to the said notification (hereinafter referred to as " the said area ") and declared the said area as an " Industrial Area " under clause (g) of section 2 of the said Act for the purposes of the said Act ;

And Whereas, the land mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto (hereinafter referred to as " the said lands ") are situated in the said areas;

And Whereas, the State Government is of the opinion that the said lands are required by the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation for development as an "Industrial Area";

And whereas, after considering the cause shown by the owners in the said lands and by other persons interested therein and after giving such owners and person an opportunity of being heard in pursuance notice issued under sub-section (2) of section 32 of the said Act, the State Government has decided to acquire the said lands in pursuance of the said section 32.

Now, thereforre, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 32 of the said Act, the Government of Maharashtra hereby publishes this notice for acquiring the said lands for the purpose aforesaid.
