Proposal Modification under Section 37(1) of Maharashtra
Regional And Town Planning Act, 1966.
No. AMC-ADTP-Section 37(1)-1293-2022.—
Government Sanctioned Development Plan TPS-2508-680-CR 129(B)-2002UD-30 by decision dated 26-10-2004 which came in force of dated 15-12-2004 for Development in original city limit of Akola City.
In the said sanctioned Development Plan of Akola City the 30.00Meter wide Canal (area under water body) is shown. Now, Canal is not existance this canal from Mumbai-Kolkatta Railway Line to Delhi Road to Balapur Road then upto National High way No. 6 is proposed 30.00 Meter wide Road. Proposal was moved before the General Body U/s 37(1) of M.R.T.P. Act, 1966..
General Body Resolution No. 11, dated 17-2-2022 for completion of the Legislative action and pro- cess and obtaining final sanction from Government to the said proposal with the said Modification the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Akola is hereby authorized by the General Body AMC, Akola.

1 Mumbai-Kolkatta Railway Line to Dabki Road to Mumbai-Kolkatta Railway Line to Dabki Road to Balapur Road then upto National High Way No. 6, Balapur Road then upto National High Way No. 6, 30.00 M. wide Canal (area under water body). Canal to be deleted and shown 30.00 M. wide Road.
Copy of map showing the proposed Modification is displayed in office of Assistant Director of Town Planning, Municipal Corporation, Akola for inspection and observation by the citizen. Objection/Sugges- tion in respect of the said Modificataion by the public/citizen, if any to be filled in writing in the name of Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Akola within 30 days from the publication of this public notice in the official Gazette of Government of Maharashtra. After considering the Objection/Suggestion the proposed Modification would be put before the Government for final sanctioned. Please note that, Objection/ Suggestion received after the time limit will not be considered.
