आिण (cid:249)याअथ(cid:559), महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) झोपडप(cid:446)ी (सु.िन. व पु.) अिधिनयम, १९७१ (महा.१९७१ चा २८) (cid:247)या (cid:332)करण I-A (cid:247)या कलम ३ (D) (c) (i) (cid:247)या प(cid:555)र(cid:247)छ(cid:578)द (A) अ(cid:261)वये सुधारणा कर(cid:256)यात आले(cid:269)या (cid:332)करण पाच मधील कलम १४ (cid:247)या पोट-कलम (१) (यात यापुढ(cid:578) (cid:249)याचा िनद(cid:616)श "उ(cid:242)त अिधिनयम" असा कर(cid:256)यात आला आहे.) नुसार मु(cid:243)य काय(cid:593)कारी अिधकारी, झोपडप(cid:446)ी पुनव(cid:593)सन (cid:332)ािधकरण, ंबई यांनी बजावले(cid:269)या (cid:257)यां(cid:247)या (cid:312).झोपु(cid:332)ा/उिज/भूसंपादन/मंगलमूत(cid:559)/२०२०/DYCOL/OW/२०२०/४५७६, िदनांक २८ जानेवारी, बां(cid:329)ा, मु २०२० तसेच "महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) टाई(cid:266)स' या मराठी वृ(cid:427)प(cid:327)ात व "द (cid:333)ी (cid:332)ेस जन(cid:593)ल" या इं(cid:314)जी वृ(cid:427)प(cid:327)ात िदनांक ३० जानेवारी, २०२० रोजी जाहीर नोटीस (cid:332)िस(cid:460) कर(cid:256)यात येऊन आिण उ(cid:242)त अिधिनयमां(cid:247)या कलम ३६ अ(cid:261)वये, सदर (cid:550)े(cid:327)ात सवा(cid:597)ना ठळकपणे िदसेल अशा िठकाणी िचकटवून, उ(cid:242)त अनुसूची(cid:247)या (cid:274)तंभ (६) म(cid:260)ये नमूद क(cid:577)ले(cid:269)या (cid:249)या (cid:271)य(cid:242)ती, उ(cid:242)त जमीनीचे मालक आहेत वा िहतसंबंधीय आहेत, अशा (cid:271)य(cid:242)त(cid:558)ना उ(cid:242)त जमीन संपािदत कर(cid:256)यासाठी शासनास (cid:332)(cid:274)ताव का सादर कर(cid:256)यात येऊ नये, याबाबत उपरो(cid:242)त नोटीस िमळा(cid:269)यापासून वा वृ(cid:427)प(cid:327)ात नोटीस (cid:332)िस(cid:460) झा(cid:269)या(cid:247)या तारखेपासून १५ िदवसां(cid:247)या कालावधीत कारणे दाखल कर(cid:256)याबाबत फमा(cid:593)िवले होते;

(cid:257)याअथ(cid:559) आता, उ(cid:242)त अिधिनयमा(cid:247)या (cid:332)करण I-A(cid:247)या कलम ३ (D) (c) (i) (cid:247)या प(cid:555)र(cid:247)छ(cid:578)द (A) अ(cid:261)वये सुधारणा कर(cid:256)यात आले(cid:269)या (cid:332)करण पाच मधील कलम १४ (cid:247)या पोट-कलम (१) (cid:465)ारे (cid:332)दान कर(cid:256)यात आले(cid:269)या अिधकारांचा वापर क(cid:544)न महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) शासन या नोिटशी(cid:465)ारे असे घोिषत करीत आहे की (cid:257)याने उ(cid:242)त जमीन संपािदत कर(cid:256)याचे ठरिवले आहे.

NOTICE

No. Bhusampa-2021/C.R.48/Zopani-2.—Whereas, on representation from the Chief Executive Officer, Slum Rehabilitation Authority, Bandra, Mumbai, it appears to the Government of Maharashtra that in order to enable the said Authority to implement the Slum Rehabilitation Scheme in relation to the Slum Rehabilitation Area mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto (hereinafter referred to as "the said Schedule"), it is necessary that the land specified in the said Schedule (hereinafter referred to as "the said land"), should be acquired ;

And whereas, as required by the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 14 of Chapter V read with paragraph (A) of sub-clause (i) of clause (c) of section 3D of Chapter I-A of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971 (Mah.XXVIII of 1971) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), the Chief Executive Officer, Slum Rehabilitation Authority, Bandra, Mumbai, has by his notice No. SRA/Dy.Coll./LA/Mangalmurti/2020/Dy.Coll./ow/2020/4576, dated the 28th January 2020, served in prescribed manner and also by notice published in the daily Marathi newspaper "Maharashtra Times" and English newspaper "The Free Press Journal" dated the 30th January 2020, and also by affixing on the conspicuous part in the premises situated in the said land, as provided in section 36 of the said Act, called upon the persons mentioned in column (6) of the said Schedule, who are the owners of the said land or any other person interested therein to show cause, within fifteen days from the date of its publication in the newspapers, as to why the proposal to acquire the said land for implementation of the Slum Rehabilitation Scheme for the concerned slum dwellers should not be sent to the State Government for approval ;

And whereas, the Chief Executive Officer, Slum Rehabilitation Authority, Bandra, Mumbai has not received any objections from the concerned Co-operative Housing Society of the slum dwellers and the owners of the said land or any other person interested therein;

And whereas, the Chief Executive Officer, Slum Rehabilitation Authority, Bandra, Mumbai after considering the application of the proposed Co-operative Housing Society of the slum dwellers, entries as to the rights in the land record, reservation in the development plan and the legitimate request of the slum dwellers has by his representation dated the 28th May 2021, submitted the report to the State Government for the acquisition of the said land ;

And whereas, as required by the first proviso to sub-section (1) of section 14 of Chapter V read with paragraph (A) of sub-clause (i) of clause (c) of section 3D of Chapter I-A of the said Act, on representation received from the Chief Executive Officer, Slum Rehabilitation Authority, Bandra, Mumbai, and after considering his report it appears to the State Government that in order to enable the Slum Rehabilitation Authority to carry out the development under the Slum Rehabilitation Scheme in the Slum Rehabilitation Area mentioned in the said Schedule, the said land should be acquired ;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 14 read with paragraph (A) of sub-clause (i) of clause (c) of section 3D of Chapter I-A of the said Act, the Government of Maharashtra hereby declares by this notice that, it has decided to acquire the said land.
