क्रमांक आरजीएन -२०२० / ४८१/प्र.क्र.२४५/एम-१ ( धोरण) .- ज्याअर्थी , भारत सरकारने , त्याचे कार्यालयीन ज्ञापन , इलेक्ट्रॉनिक व माहिती तंत्रज्ञान विभाग , फाईल क्रमांक १३(४) / २०२०- इजी दोन ( खंड पाच) , दिनांक १६ एप्रिल , २०२१ नुसार, सुशासनासाठी आधार प्रमाणन (समाज कल्याण , नवसंशोधन , ज्ञान ) नियम , २०२० ( यात यापुढे ज्याचा निर्देश , " उक्त नियम " असा केला आहे ) याच्या नियम ५ तसेच आधार (वित्तीय व इतर अर्थ सहाय्य, लाभ व सेवा यांचे लक्षित वितरण ) अधिनियम , २०१६ ( २०१६ चा १८) ( यात यापुढे ज्याचा निर्देश , " उक्त अधिनियम " असा केला आहे) याच्या कलम ४ च्या पोट- कलम ( ४ ) च्या खंड (ख) च्या उप- खंड ( दोन ) च्या अनुसार दस्तऐवज नोंदणीत अंतर्भूत असलेल्या पक्षकारांच्या ओळखीची पडताळणी करण्यासाठी स्वेच्छा तत्त्वावर , आधार प्रमाणनाचा वापर करण्याकरिता, महसूल व वन विभाग , महाराष्ट्र शासन या अंतर्गत असलेल्या नोंदणी व मुद्रांक शुल्क विभागास मान्यता दिली आहे.
त्याअर्थी, आता, उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ४ च्या पोट- कलम ( ४ ) च्या खंड ( ख) च्या उप- खंड ( दोन ) आणि उक्त नियमाच्या नियम ५ यांद्वारे प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांनुसार , भारत सरकारने , याबाबतीत प्राधिकृत केलेले, महाराष्ट्र शासन, याद्वारे , पुढील नोंदणी प्रणालीमधील दस्तऐवज नोंदणीमध्ये अंतर्भूत असलेल्या पक्षकारांच्या ओळखीची पडताळणी करण्याकरिता , इ - केवायसी सेवेसाठी स्वेच्छा तत्त्वावर , आधार प्रमाणन करण्यासाठी महसूल व वन विभाग , महाराष्ट्र शासन या अंतर्गत असलेल्या नोंदणी व मुद्रांक शुल्क विभागाला अधिसूचित करीत आहे: -

(२ ) इ - नोंदणी (संमती- नि-परवाना) ( लिव्ह अँड लायसन्स) ,
(३) इ-नोंदणी ( प्रथम विक्री करारनामा) (फस्ट सेल अॅग्रीमेंट) ,

( ५ ) विवाह नोंदणीची ऑनलाईन नोटीस.

NOTIFICATION
AADHAAR (TARGETED DELIVERY OF FINANCIAL AND OTHER SUBSIDIES , BENEFITS AND SERVICES) ACT , 2016.
No. RGN - 2020/481/C.R.No.245/M - 1 ( Policy) .- Whereas , the Government of India had vide it's Office Memorandum , Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology , File No.13 (4)/ 2020- EG - II ( Vol - V) , dated the 16th April 2021 , conveyed the approval of the Unique Identification Authority of India to the Department of Registration and Stamps under the Revenue and Forests Department , Government of Maharashtra , for using Aadhaar authentication, on voluntary basis , for verifying the identity of the parties involved in document registration, in terms of rule 5 of the Aadhaar Authentication for Good Governance ( Social Welfare , Innovation , Knowledge ) Rules , 2020 ( hereinafter referred to as " the said Rules ") read with sub - clause (ii) of clause (b) of sub - section (4 ) of section 4 of the Aadhaar ( Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies , Benefits and Services ) Act , 2016 ( 18 of 2016 ) ( hereinafter referred to as " the said Act " ) ;
Now, therefore , in pursuance of the powers conferred by sub - clause ( ii) of clause (b) of sub - section ( 4) of section 4 of the said Act and rule 5 of the said Rules , the Government of Maharashtra , being authorised by the Government of India in this behalf, hereby notifies the Department of Registration and Stamps under the Revenue and Forests Department , Government of Maharashtra to perform Aadhaar authentication , on voluntary basis , for eKYC services to verify the identity to the parties involved in document registration in the following Registration Systems , namely :-
( 1) iSARITA ,
(2 ) eRegistration ( Leave and License) ,
(3 ) eRegistration ( First Sale Agreement ) ,
(4) eFiling ,
(5) Online Notice of Marriage Registration.
