The following Section Officers at Sr. Nos . 1 and 2 on the Select List of Assistant Registrar , working on the establishment of the High Court , Appellate Side , Bombay , are hereby promoted and appointed to the post of "Assistant Registrar" , in the Pay Matrix S - 23 : 67700-208700 , on the establishment of the High Court , Appellate Side , Bombay , purely on temporary basis , with effect from , 4th March , 2022 or with effect from the date they assume charge of the post , in the vacant posts of Assistant Registrar , subject to the result of litigation/representation whether pending , if any , or that may be filed in which any appointment , seniority etc. , in respect of the posts of Assistant Registrar are/ would be challenged .
