क्रमांक शाकानि-२०१९/प्र.क्र. १०१(१)/१८ (र.व का.).-----ज्याअर्थी महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल यांनी मुख्यमंत्री यांच्या सल्ल्यानुसार शासकीय अधिसूचना, क्रमांक सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग, शाकानि - २०१९ / प्र. क्र. १०१(१)/१८, दिनांक ५ जानेवारी, २०२० अन्वये, मंयांना विभागाच्या भागासंबंधित, कामकाजाच्या कार्यभाराचे वाटप केलेले होते ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल यांनी, मुख्यमंत्री यांचे सल्ल्याने श्री. नवाब मोहम्मद इस्लाम मलिक यांना नेमून दिलेले विभाग, अन्य मंयाकडे सोपविले आहे, त्याकरीता उक्त अधिसूचनेत बदल करणे आवश्यक आहे ;
आता, त्यामुळे, महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या कार्यनियमावलीतील नियम ५ च्या उपबंधास अनुसरुन, महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल, मुख्यमंत्री यांचे सल्ल्याने शासकीय अधिसूचना, सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग, क्रमांक शाकानि - २०१९ / प्र. क्र. १०१(१)/१८, दिनांक ५ जानेवारी, २०२० यामध्ये खालीलप्रमाणे सुधारणा करीत आहे :—
उक्त अधिसूचनेत,—
(१) अनुक्रमांक ११ येथे " श्री. राजेश अंकुशराव टोपे " यांच्या नावासमोर स्तंभ क्र. (२) मध्ये " विभाग किंवा त्यांचे भाग " या शिर्षाखाली " सार्वजनिक आरोग्य व कुटुंब कल्याण " या शब्दानंतर, " कौशल्य, रोजगार, उद्योजकता व नाविन्यता " हे शब्द समाविष्ट करण्यात येतील ;
(२) अनुक्रमांक १२ येथील " श्री. नवाब मोहम्मद इस्लाम मलिक " यांच्या नावासमोर स्तंभ क्र.(२) मध्ये " विभाग किंवा त्यांचे भाग " या शिर्षाखाली " अल्पसंख्याक विकास व औकाफ, कौशल्य विकास व उद्योजकता " ही नोंद वगळण्यात येईल ;
(३) अनुक्रमांक १६ येथे " डॉ. जितेंद्र सतिश आव्हाड " यांच्या नावासमोर स्तंभ क्र.(२) मध्ये " विभाग किंवा त्यांचे भाग " या शिर्षाखाली " गृहनिर्माण " या शब्दानंतर, " अल्पसंख्याक विकास व औकाफ " हे शब्द समाविष्ट करण्यात येतील ;

NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA GOVERNMENT RULES OF BUSINESS.
No. ROB-2019/C.R.101(1)/18(O.&M.).—Whereas, the Governor of Maharashtra has, on the advice of the Chief Minister, vide Government Notification, General Administration Department, No. ROB.-2019/ C.R.101(1)/18, dated the 5th January 2020 (hereinafter referred to as " the said notification "), allotted amongst the Ministers, the business of the Government by assigning Departments to the charge of the Ministers ;
And whereas, the Governor of Maharashtra has, upon the advice of the Chief Minister, assigned the Departments allotted to Shri Nawab Mohammed Islam Malik to other Ministers, and for that purpose, it is expedient to amend the said Notification ;
Now, therefore, in pursuance of the rule 5 of the Maharashtra Government Rules of Business, the Governor of Maharashtra, on the advice of the Chief Minister, is hereby pleased to amend the Government Notification, General Administration Department, No. ROB-2019/ C.R. 101(1)/18, dated the 5th January 2020, as follows, namely :—
In the said notification,—
(i) in the entry 11, relating to Shri Rajesh Ankushrao Tope, in column (2), under the heading " Departments or Parts of Department ", after the words " Public Health and Family Welfare" the words, "Skills, Employment, Entrepreneurship and Innovation" shall be added;
(ii) in the entry 12, relating to Shri Nawab Mohammed Islam Malik in column (2), under the heading " Departments or Parts of Department ", the words " Minorities Development and Aukaf, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship " shall be deleted ;
(iii) in the entry 16, relating to Dr. Jitendra Satish Awhad, in column (2), under the heading " Departments or Parts of Department ", after the word " Housing " the words, " Minorities Development and Aukaf " shall be added ;
