ज्याअर्थी, पूर्वाश्रमीच्या पनवेल नगरपरिषद हद्दीची सुधारित विकास योजना संचालक, नगररचना, महाराष्ट्र राज्य यांनी महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक नियोजन व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ मधील कलम ३१(१) अन्वये अधिसूचना क्र. वि. यो. पनवेल (सु.)/टीपीव्ही-३/१६-९३/१६७६, दिनांक १६ मार्च १९९३ अन्वये मंजूरी दिलेली आहे आणि उक्त सुधारित विकास योजना दिनांक १५ मे १९९३ पासून अंमलात आली आहे ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, पनवेल नगरपरिषद हद्दीतील वगळलेल्या भागाची विकास योजना संचालक, नगररचना, महाराष्ट्र राज्य यांनी अधिसूचना क्र. वि. यो. पनवेल (सु.)/ईपी/ टीपीव्ही-३/५३-९४/२८२०, दिनांक २७ मार्च १९९४ अन्वये मंजूरी दिलेली आहे आणि उक्त वगळलेल्या भागाची विकास योजना दिनांक १ जुलै १९९४ पासून अंमलात आली आहे ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, पनवेल नगररचना परियोजना क्र.१ (प्र. फे .) अंतिम शासनाने दिनांक ३१/०८/२००९ रोजी मंजूर के ली आहे ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र महानगरपालिका अधिनियमचे कलम ३ च्या पोट कलम (४) नुसार महाराष्ट्र शासन नगर विकास विभाग अधिसूचना क्रमांक पनप–२९१४/व्ही आय फी सं.क्र. ३०१/प्र.क्र. ३५४/नवि-२३, दिनांक २५ सप्टेंबर २०१६ अन्वये पनवेल नगरपरिषदेचे संपूर्ण क्षेत्र व २९ महसुली गावांच्या क्षेत्रासाठी पनवेल महानगरपालिके ची स्थापना करण्यात आली असून ती दिनांक १ ऑक्टोबर २०१६ पासून अस्तित्वात आली आहे ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, पूर्वाश्रमीच्या पनवेल नगरपरिषद सुधारित मंजूर विकास योजना व मंजूर नगररचना परियोजना मधील रस्ते सध्याच्या सार्वजनिक वाहतुकीच्या दृष्टीने अरुं द आहेत व शहराची वाढती लोकसं(cid:१७६)या, वाहतूक व पाक(cid:५३२)गची गरज विचारात घेता उक्त रस्त्यांचे रुं दीकरण करणे आवश्यक आहे ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, पनवेल महानगरपालिका हद्दीतील मौजे पनवेल येथील पंचरत्न सर्क ल ते छ. शिवाजी महाराज चौक पय(cid:५२२)तचा विद्यमान १५.२४ मी. रूं दीचा रस्ता महाराष्ट्र महानगरपालिका अधिनियम, १९४९ चे कलम २१० अन्वये १८.२४ मी. रूं दीची रेषा विहीत करणेबाबत निर्णय पनवेल महानगरपालिका स्थायी समिती सभा ठराव क्र.२३१, दिनांक ६ मार्च २०२० अन्वये झाला आहे ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, परिशिष्ट 'अ' व परिशिष्ट 'ब' मध्ये नमूद के लेल्या पनवेल महानगरपालिका हद्दीतील मौजे पनवेल येथील पंचरत्न सर्क ल ते छ. शिवाजी महाराज चौक पय(cid:५२२)तचा विद्यमान १५.२४ मी. रूं दीचा रस्ता महाराष्ट्र महानगरपालिका अधिनियम, १९४९ चे कलम २१० अन्वये १८.२४ मी. रूं दीची नियमित रेषा विहीत करण्याबाबत या कार्यालयाचे जाहीर प्रकटन जा.क्र.पमपा/नरवि/रस्ते/२६-२२/प्र.क्र.०१/४०/२०२२, दि.०६/०१/२०२२ अन्वये महाराष्ट्र शासनाचे असाधारण राजपत्र क्र.०४, दि.०८/०१/२०२२ व दि.११/०१/२०२२ च्या दै. रामप्रहार, दै. नवाकाळ, दै. किल्ले रायगड व दै. नवराष्ट्र या वृत्तपत्रात प्रसिद्धी देऊन वरील प्रकटन शासनाच्या राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झालेल्या दिनांकापासून ३० दिवसांच्या आत नागरिकांकडून हरकती व सूचना मागविण्यात आलेल्या आहेत ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, वरील रस्त्याच्या रुं दीकरण बाबत नागरिकांकडून विहित मुदतीत कोणत्याही हरकती व सूचना प्राप्त झाल्या नसल्याने रस्ता रुं दीकरण व संरेखांकन अंतिम मान्यता देण्यात आली आहे ;

त्याअर्थी, मी, गणेश देशमुख, आयुक्त, पनवेल महानगरपालिका मला प्राप्त अधिकारांन्वये खालील परिशिष्ट 'अ' मध्ये विनिर्दीष्ट के लेल्या रस्ता रुं दीकरण व परिशिष्ट 'ब' मध्ये नकाशात दर्शविल्या प्रमाणे रस्ता रुं दीकरण रेषा मंजूर करीत आहे. सदर परिशिष्ट 'अ' व परिशिष्ट 'ब' च्या प्रति नागरीकांच्या पाहणी करीता सहा(cid:२००)यक संचालक, नगर रचना विभाग, पनवेल महानगरपालिका यांचे कार्यालयात कार्यालयीन दिवशी व कार्यालयीन वेळेत नागरिकांच्या अवलोकनार्थ १ महिन्यांच्या कालावधीसाठी उपलब्ध राहील.

रस्त्याचे संक्षिप्त विवरण

पनवेल महानगरपालिका हद्दीतील मौजे पनवेल येथील पंचरत्न सर्क ल ते छ. शिवाजी महाराज चौक पय(cid:५२२)तचा विद्यमान १५.२४ मी. रूं दीचा रस्ता महाराष्ट्र महानगरपालिका अधिनियम, १९४९ चे कलम २१० अन्वये १८.२४ मी. रूं दीची नियमित रेषा विहीत करणे.

वरील रस्त्याचे रस्ता रुं दीकरणामुळे बाधित होणारे अंतिम भूखंड क्र. खालीलप्रमाणे आहेत.

टीप.—वरील रस्ता रुं दीकरणाची प्रत्यक्ष आखणी करतेवेळी वरील बाधित जागेव्यतिरिक्त इतर जागा बाधित होत असल्यास सदरची जागा ही प्रस्तावित रस्ता रुं दीकरणाचा भाग समजण्यात येईल.

अंतिम रस्ता रुं दीकरण संरेखांकन दर्शविणारा नकाशा नागरीकांच्या पाहणी करीता सहा(cid:२००)यक संचालक, नगररचना विभाग, पनवेल महानगरपालिका यांचे कार्यालयात खुला ठेवण्यात आलेला आहे.

Public Notice

Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, 1949 Section 210

No. PMC/TPD/Roads/ 26-22/C.R. 01/ 861/2022

Whereas, the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State in exercise of the powers conferred by section 31(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 vide Notification No.DP-Panvel (R)/TPV-3/16-93/1676, dated 16th March 1993, sanctioned the Panvel Municipal Council's Revised Development Plan and the said Revised Development Plan come into force with effect from 15th May 1993 ;

And whereas, the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State vide Notification No.DP- Panvel (R)/EP/TPV-3/53-94/2820, dated 27th April 1994, sanctioned the Panvel Municipal Council's Revised Development Plan's Excluded Part Development Plan and the said Revised Development Plan's Excluded Part Development Plan come into force with effect from 1st July 1994 ;

And whereas, Panvel Municipal Council Town Planning Scheme (1st Variation) Final sanctioned by Government dated 31st August 2009 ;

And whereas, the Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 3 of Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, 1949 vide Notification No. PNP.2914/VIP No.301/C.R. 354/UD-23, dated 25th September 2016 constituted the Panvel Municipal Corporation for the areas of whole area of Panvel Municipal Council and 29 surrounding revenue villages, which come into force with effect from 1st October 2016 ;

And whereas, the roads shown in sanctioned development plan of erstwhile Panvel Municipal Council and Sanctioned Town Planning Scheme of Panvel town are narrow in consideration with existing heavy traffic and growing population of city, and needs to be widened ;

And whereas, the existing 15.24 m wide road aligning from Pancharatna Circle to Ch. Shivaji Maharaj Chouk is decided to be widened to 18.24m by Hon. Standing Committee, Panvel Municipal Council in exercise of the powers conferred by section 210 of Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, 1949 vide Resolution No. 231, dated 6th March 2020 ;

And whereas, Panvel Municipal Corporation has published the Notice vide No. PMC/TPD/Roads/26-22/C.R. 01/40/2022, dated 6th January 2022 in Maharashtra Government Extra-Ordinary Gazette No. 04, dated 8th January 2022 and published in Daily Ramprahar and Daily Nava Kal, Daily Kille Raigad and Daily Navrashtra newspapers on 11th January 2022 for inviting suggestions and objections to the said proposed draft alignment of road widening of the existing 15.24m wide road aligning from Pancharatna Circle to Ch. Shivaji Maharaj Chouk is proposed to be widened to 18.24 m under section 210 of Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, 1949. as shown in the Annexure 'A' and Annexure 'B' with the provisions contained in the section 210 of Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, 1949 from the public thereof within 30 days from the date of publication of the notice in Maharashtra Government Extra-Ordinary Gazette ;

And whereas, no any suggestions and objections received from public within prescribed period so that proposed road widening line has been sanctioned ;

Therefore, as per the powers delegated by Panvel Municipal Corporation to the Commissioner, Panvel Municipal Corporation and in exercise of the powers, I, Ganesh Deshmukh, Commissioner, Panvel Municipal Corporation here by sanctions the road widening as mentioned in the Annexure 'A' and plan appended hereto Annexure 'B' showing the alignment of new road is kept open for the inspection of general public on all working days and in working hours in the office of the Assistant Director of Town Planning, Panvel Municipal Corporation for a period of one month.

Description of Road

Road widening of the existing 15.24 m wide road aligning from Pancharatna Circle to Ch. Shivaji Maharaj Chouk is proposed to be widened to 18.24 m under section 210 of Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, 1949.

Details of Final Plot Numbers of lands affected by the proposed road widening are as below :—

Note.—Other than above listed final plot numbers, if any other final plot numbers existed while laying out the road widening then it will also be the part of the above proposed road widening.
