Their Lordships have further conferred upon him the power to record confessions , dying declarations , witness statements Under Section 164 of the Code and holding of identification parades and all the powers of Judicial Magistrate , Second Class under the said Code in respect of such cases as are punishable with imprisonment for not more than six months or with fine or with both which will be assigned to him by the Chief Judicial Magistrate in consultation with the Principal District and Sessions Judge , Nanded .

विभाग प्रमुख आणि इतर सर्व संबंधित अधिकारी यांना कळविण्यात येते की, राजपत्रित अधिकाऱ्यांच्या रजा, बदल्या, नेमणुका, शक्ती आणि त्यांच्या इतर वैयक्तिक बाबी यासंबंधीचे आदेश शासनाकडून राजपत्राच्या या भागात अधिसूचनांच्या स्वरूपात प्रकाशित केले जातात ; त्यामुळे वरील बाबीसंबंधी सर्व संदर्भ निकालात निघाले आहेत असे समजण्यात यावे. अशा अधिसूचनांमुळे त्यांच्या दुय्यम अधिकाऱ्यांची कार्यमुक्ती व तत्सम बाबी यासंबंधी आनुषंगिक आदेश काढणे आवश्यक असल्यास राजपत्र मिळाल्यानंतर त्यांनीच ते काढले पाहिजेत . कारण शासनाकडून इतर कोणतेही आदेश काढले जाणार नाहीत.

वरील अधिकाऱ्यांचे अंतिम वेतन प्रमाणपत्र व महाराष्ट्र कोषागार नियम २३६ चा दाखला ( ना मागणी प्रमाणपत्र) महालेखापाल, महाराष्ट्र-१ , मुंबई , नागपूर -२ यांच्या कार्यालयास परस्पर पाठवावा , तसेच, जे अधिकारी शासकीय निवासस्थानात राहत असतील , त्यांच्या निवृत्तीबाबत संबंधित कार्यकारी अभियंता यांच्या कार्यालयात कळवावे व आवश्यक दाखला मागवावा .
ज्या अधिकाऱ्यांबाबत महसूल हानी/ विभागीय चौकशी कार्यवाही सुरू आहे किंवा प्रस्तावित आहे , अशा अधिकाऱ्यांच्या प्रकरणी होणाऱ्या निर्णयाच्या अधीन राहून निवृत्तीवेतन लाभाची कार्यवाही करावी .
संबंधित अधिकाऱ्यांस नियमित सेवानिवृत्तीवेतन व सेवालाभ देण्यास काही कारणास्तव विलंब होणार असल्यास तात्पुरते निवृत्तीवेतन व सेवालाभ देण्यासाठी महाराष्ट्र नागरी सेवा (निवृत्तीवेतन ) नियम, १९ ८२ मधील नियम १२६/१३० नुसार आवश्यक कार्यवाही तात्काळ करावी.
