भारताचे संविधान.
क्रमांक संकीर्ण-२०१५/प्र.क्र.१३७ /ई-१० . भारतीय संविधानाच्या अनुच्छेद ३० ९ च्या परंतुकान्वये प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल याद्वारे , महाराष्ट्र दुय्यम सेवा विभागीय परीक्षा ( तलाठी संवर्गाकरिता ) नियम , १ ९९ ७ यांमध्ये आणखी सुधारणा करण्यासाठी पुढील नियम करीत आहेत :-
१. या नियमांस , महाराष्ट्र दुय्यम सेवा विभागीय परीक्षा ( तलाठी संवर्गाकरिता) (प्रथम सुधारणा ) नियम , २०२२ असे संबोधण्यात यावे.
२. महाराष्ट्र दुय्यम सेवा विभागीय परीक्षा ( तलाठी संवर्गाकरिता) नियम, १ ९९ ७ ( यात यापुढे ज्याचा निर्देश " मुख्य नियम " असा करण्यात आला आहे) च्या नियम ४ मधील पोट- नियम (२ ) नंतर , पुढील पोट- नियम जादा दाखल करण्यात येईल.
" (३ ) जो उमेदवार अन्यथा परीक्षा देण्यास पात्र आहे त्या उमेदवाराने लाभ घेण्याचा केलेला प्रयत्न एक संधी म्हणून गणना करण्यात येईल. पात्र उमेदवारांनी परीक्षेस अर्ज करण्यात निष्फळ ठरणे किंवा अर्ज करून देखील परीक्षेला उपस्थित राहण्यात निष्फळ ठरणे म्हणजे पोट- नियम ( १ ) किंवा ( २ ) अन्वये अशा उमेदवाराला एक संधी उपलब्ध असल्याचे समजण्यात येईल.
३. मुख्य नियम ७ मध्ये पोट- नियम ( २ ) मधील " ४५ वर्षे " या मजकुराऐवजी " ५० वर्षे " हा मजकूर दाखल करण्यात येईल.
४. मुख्य नियमांना जोडलेल्या परिशिष्ट- ब मधील ,-
(एक) अनुक्रमांक १ मध्ये , गुण या स्तंभामधील " २५० " या मजकुराऐवजी " ५० गुणांच्या वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रश्नांसह २०० " हा मजकूर दाखल करण्यात येईल ;
(दोन) अनुक्रमांक २ मध्ये,-
(अ) " (पुस्तकांशिवाय) या मजकुराऐवजी " ( पुस्तकांसह ) हा मजकूर दाखल करण्यात येईल ;

८८ (ब) गुण या स्तंभामधील " २५० " या मजकुराऐवजी " ५० गुणांच्या वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रश्नांसह २०० हा मजकूर दाखल करण्यात येईल ;
(तीन) अनुक्रमांक ३ मध्ये, " (पुस्तकांशिवाय ) या मजकुराऐवजी " (पुस्तकांसह) हा मजकूर दाखल करण्यात येईल ;
(चार) अनुक्रमांक ५ वगळण्यात येईल ;
(पाच) " एकूण ८०० " या मजकुराऐवजी " एकूण ६०० " मजकूर दाखल करण्यात येईल .

NOTIFICATION
CONSTITUTION OF INDIA .
No. MIS - 2015 / C.R . 137 / E - 10.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India , the Governor of Maharashtra is hereby pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Maharashtra Sub - Service Departmental Examination (for the cadre of Talathis ) Rules , 1997 , namely : -
1. These rules may be called the Maharashtra Sub -Service Departmental Examination (for the cadre of Talathis ) ( First Amendment) Rules , 2022 .
2. In rule 4 of the Maharashtra Sub- Service Departmental Examination (for the cadre of Talathis ) Rules , 1997 (hereinafter referred to as " the principal Rules " ) , after sub - rule (2 ) , the following sub- rule shall be added , namely :-
" ( 3 ) The conduct of Examination shall be counted as an attempt availed of by the candidate who is otherwise eligible to appear the examination . The eligible candidate failing to apply for the Examination or failing to appear at examination despite applying , shall be treated as one attempt available to such candidate under sub - rule ( 1 ) or (2 ) . "
3. In rule 7 of the principal Rules , in sub - rule ( 2 ), for the words " forty - five years " the words " fifty years " shall be substituted .
4. In Appendix B appended to the principal Rules ,-
(i) at serial No. 1 , in the Column Marks , for the figures " 250 " the figures and words " 200 with objective question of 50 marks " shall be substituted ;
(ii) at serial No. 2 ,-
(a) for the brackets and words " (without Books ) " the brackets and words " ( with books) " shall be substituted ;
(b) in the Column Marks , for the figures " 250 " the figures and words " 200 with objective question of 50 marks " shall be substituted ;
(iii) in serial No.3 , for the brackets and words " ( without Books ) " the brackets and words " (with books ) " shall be substituted ;
( iv) serial No. 5 shall be deleted ;
(v) for the word and figures " Total 800 " the word and figures " Total 600 " shall be substituted .
