No. PL(APP)/NAG/PRO/G-A/2022/1539-1801.—Shri Kiran Manoharrao Gharote, Assistant Registrar, working on the establishment of the High Court of Bombay, Bench at Nagpur is hereby promoted and appointed to the post of "Deputy Registrar", in the Pay Scale 43690-1080-49090- 1230-56470, on the establishment of the High Court of Bombay, Bench at Nagpur, with effect from 19th March 2022 or thereafter from the date on which he assumes charge of the said post, subject to the result of litigation/representation, whether pending, if any, or that may be filed in which any appointment/seniority etc. in respect of the post of "Deputy Registrar" are/would be challenged.
