(यापूढ(cid:578) "उ(cid:242)त मंजूर िवकास योजना" असे संबोिधले आहे.) ;
आिण (cid:249)याअथ(cid:559), मंजूर सुधा(cid:555)रत िवकास आराख(cid:454)ातील से(cid:242)टर (cid:312). ५ मधील मौजे ढोकाळी येथील स.नं. २८पै., २९पै. व ३७पै. सुमारे २ हे(cid:242)टर (cid:550)े(cid:327) िड(cid:274)(cid:322)ी(cid:242)ट स(cid:606)टर आर(cid:550)ण (cid:312). ६ करीता आरि(cid:550)त असून, आर(cid:550)ण िवकिसत करावयाचे समुचीत (cid:332)ािधकरण ठाणे महानगरपािलका, ठाणे आहे. सदर आर(cid:550)णापैकी ३०५१.८० चौ.मी. (cid:550)े(cid:327)ावर शासना(cid:247)या िदनांक १४ आॅ(cid:242)टोबर २०११ रोजी(cid:247)या अिधसूचनेतील तरतुदीनुसार भूखंडधारक / िवकासक यांचेकड(cid:564)न २८५४.७७ चौ.मी. आिण (cid:257)याअथ(cid:559), महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) (cid:332)ादेिशक व नगर रचना अिधिनयम, १९६६ चे कलम ३७(१) मधील तरतुदीनुसार "उ(cid:242)त मंजूर िवकास योजनेत" "उ(cid:242)त फ(cid:577)रबदलाबाबत" आम जनते(cid:247)या सूचना / हरकती मागिवणेसाठी ही जाहीर सूचना (cid:332)िस(cid:260)द कर(cid:256)यात येत आहे. उ(cid:242)त फ(cid:577)रबदल दश(cid:593)िवणारा नकाशा सहायक संचालक नगर रचना, ठाणे महानगरपािलका, "महापािलका भवन", सरसेनानी जनरल अ(cid:543)णक(cid:561)मार वै(cid:464) माग(cid:593), चंदनवाडी, पाचपाखाडी, ठाणे यांचे काया(cid:593)लयीन सूचना फलकावर व खाली नमूद क(cid:577)ले(cid:269)या संक(cid:577)त (cid:274)थळावर (cid:332)िस(cid:260)द कर(cid:256)यात आला आहे. उ(cid:242)त फ(cid:577)रबदलाबाबत कोण(cid:257)याही (cid:271)य(cid:242)तीस सूचना / हरकती (cid:245)यावयाची अस(cid:269)यास (cid:257)यांनी ही सूचना वृ(cid:427)प(cid:327)ात व www.thanecity.gov.in या संक(cid:577)त (cid:274)थळावर आिण महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) शासनाचे राजप(cid:327)ात (cid:332)िस(cid:260)द झा(cid:269)यापासुन ३० (तीस) िदवसांचे आत आपली सूचना / हरकत महापािलका आयु(cid:242)त, ठाणे महानगरपािलका आयु(cid:242)त, ठाणे महानगरपािलका, ठाणे यांचेकड(cid:578) अथवा Email ID - [email protected] वर सादर करावी.

NOTICE
(U/s. 37 of Maharashtra Regional and Town planning Act,1966)

Whereas, the Revised Development Plan of the city of Thane has been Sanctioned by Government vide Notification No. TPS/1297/1319/CR-148/97/UD-12, Dt. 4th October 1999 and came in to force from Dt. 22nd November 1999. Also the Development Plan for Excluded portion (EP) from Revised Development plan was sanctioned vide Government's Notification No. TPS/1201/274/ CR-28/2009/UD-12, Dt. 3rd April, 2003 and came in to force from Dt. 14 th May 2003 (Here in after referred to as "The said Sanctioned Development plan")
And whereas, as per Sanctioned Development Plan in sector no. 5 on land bearing S.No. 28pt., 29pt. and 37 pt. of Village Dhokali, total area of 2 Ha. is reserved for District Centre Reservation No.6 and the appropriate authority to develop the reservation is Thane Municipal Corporation, Thane. Out of total Reservation approximate 3051.80 sq.mtrs. area of land is developed as per Govt. Notification dt.14th October 2011 by Owner / Developer and Ground + 2 storey District Centre building admeasuring 2854.77 sq.mtrs. has been developed and handed over to Thane Municipal Corporation by the Owner / Developer. Hon. General Body has accorded sanctioned for use of the said building for Degree College vide Resolution No. 210, dt.17th August 2021.
And whereas, accordingly it is necessary to propose modification for 3051.80 sq. mtrs. area out of District Centre Res. No.6 and building on that area in Sector No. 5 at Dhokali, as "Educational Purpose" under Section 37(1) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 in "the said Sanctioned Development Plan" (herein after referred to as "The said modification"). Hon. General Body of Thane Municipal Corporation vide its Resolution No.623, dt.18th February 2022 has accorded sanction for following the above said procedure of modification.
And whereas, out of the total area of District Centre Res. No.6 in Village Dhokali , the land bearing S.No.29/3/A and 37/11 admeasuring 3051.80 sq. mtrs. along with the building on it is proposed for modification as Educational Purpose reservation and user in Sanctioned Development Plan in Thane city.
And therefore, this notice is published for inviting suggestions/objections from the public to carry out "The said Modification in The said Sanctioned Development Plan" as per the provisions under section 37(1) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. The Plan showing "The said modification" is displayed on the notice board in the office of Assistant Director Town Planning, Town Development Department, Thane Municipal Corporation, "Mahapalika Bhavan", Sarsenani General Arunkumar Vaidya Marg, Chandanvadi, Panchpakhadi, Thane and also published on web site mentioned below. Any person who wants to submit suggestion may submit his suggestion or objection to the said modification within 30 (Thirty) days from the publication of this notice in the news paper, on the website www.thanecity.gov.in and Maharashtra Government Gazette, to the Municipal Commissioner, Thane Municipal Corporation, Thane or on the Email ID - [email protected] Web Site - www.thanecity.gov.in
