क्रमांक गौखदन-१०/११२१/रि.क्र.२९१/ख-२.—महाराष्ट्र गौण खदनज (दिकास ि दिदनयमन) दनयम, २०१३ चे दनयम ३१ उप-दनयम (३), (४) आदण (५) चया अनुसरून महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्ारे उकत दनयमाचया दनयम ३१ उप-दनयम (३), (४) आदण (५) चा िापर करणयास खालील वयकतींना अदिकृत/रिादिकृत करीत आहे :—
१. दजल्ह्ातील दजल्हा खदनकम्ग अदिकारी हा िररष्ठ भूिैज्ादनक दकंिा भूिैज्ादनक (िग्ग-१) असल्यास, तया दजल्ह्ासा्ठी असा दजल्हा खदनकम्ग अदिकारी.
२. उि्गररत दजल्ह्ासा्ठी उप-संचालक, रिादेदशक काया्गलय, भूदिज्ान आदण खदनकम्ग संचालनालय.

Maharashtra Minor Mineral extraction (DevelopMent anD regulation) rules, 2013.
No.Gaukhani-10/1121/C.R.291/Kh-2.—In pursuance of sub-rules (3), (4) and (5) of rule 31 of the Maharashtra Minor Mineral Extraction (Development and Regulation) Rules, 2013, the Government of Maharashtra hereby authorises the following persons for the purposes of sub-rules (3), (4) and (5) of the said rule 31, namely :—
1. If the District Mining Officer in a District is a Senior Geologist or Geologist (Class-I), then such District Mining Officer for that District.
2. The Deputy Director, Regional Office, Directorate of Geology and Mining, for the remaining Districts.
