CommerCial Courts aCt 2015, amendment aCt, 2018.
No.SPC-1319/162/C.R.36/D-IX.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (3) of section 3 of the Commercial Courts Act 2015 (Act No. 4 of 2016), as amended by the Amendment Act of 2018 (Act No. 28 of 2018), the Government of Maharashtra after consultation and with the concurrence of the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court, Mumbai hereby constitute the Court of District Judge-9 and Additional Sessions Judge at Nagpur District Head quarter as a Commercial Court for deciding the disputes of specified value above Rs. 1 Crore.
The territorial jurisdiction of the above Commercial Court shall be as per the respective jurisdiction of the said court.
