CORRIGENDUM

No. IDC. 2021/(C.R. 419)/IND-14.—Whereas, by the Government Notification, Industries, Energy and Labour Department, No. IDC. 2021/(C.R. 419)/IND -14, dated 13th October, 2021 issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 (Mah. III of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), the Government of Maharashtra has appointed the 14th October, 2021 to be the date from which the provisions of Chapter- VI of the said Act shall take effect in the areas mentioned in the Schedule appended to the said notification and declared those areas as an industrial area under clause (g) of section 2 of the said Act.

And Whereas, it is brought to the notice of the Government of Maharashtra that there is a difference in the measurements of certain areas of the said industrial area and in an areas confirmed for acquisition after actual joint measurement (revenue record in the forms VII and XII) of Villages Bhambarda, Bangaon and Jaipur in Aurangabad Taluka of Aurangabad District, and the Government of Maharashtra considers it expedient to amend the said notification so as to mention the correct areas with respect to the said industrial area in the said notification.

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (3) of section 1 and clause (g) of section 2 of the said Act read with section 21 of the Maharashtra General Clauses Act (I of 1904), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby, with effect from the 28th April, 2022 amends the said notification, as follows namely :—

No. IDC 2021/(C.R.419)/Ind 14.— Whereas by Government Notification, Industries, Energy and Labour Department, No. IDC 2021/(C.R. 419)/Ind 14, dated the 13th October 2021 issued under sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 (Mah. III of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), and published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Extra Ordinary, Part IV-B, dated 14th October, 2021, on pages 3 to 4 the Government of Maharashtra has notified the 14th October 2021 to be date from which the provisions of Chapter VI of the said Act, shall take effect in certain areas of villages Bhambarda, Bangaon and Jaipur in Taulka Aurangabad, District Aurangabad, mentioned in the Schedule appended to the said notification (hereinafter referred to as "the said area") and declared the said area as an industrial area under clause (g) of section 2 of the said Act for the purposes of the said Act ;

And whereas, the land mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto (hereinafter referred to as "the said lands") are situated in the said areas ;

And whereas, the State Government is of the opinion that the said lands are required by the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation for development as an Industrial Area ;

And Whereas, after considering the cause shown by the owners in the said lands and by other persons interested therein and after giving such owners and person an opportunity of being heard in pursuance notice issued under sub-section (2) of section 32 of the said Act, the State Government has decided to acquire the said lands in pursuance of the said section 32.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 32 of the said Act, the Government of Maharashtra hereby publishes this notice for acquiring the said lands for the purpose aforesaid.
