Notice is hereby given to all users of Railway lines and premises situated on the completed section of the under noted section of the South Central Railway that the 25000 Volts, 50 HZ , A/C Overhead Traction wires will be energized on or after the date specified against the section. On and from the same date the over Head traction line shall be treated as LIVE at all times and no unauthorized person shall approach or work in the porximity of the said Over head lines.

It is notified for information of the public that in connection with introduction of 25KV AC Electric Traction over the Rotegaon (Excl.) – Dharmabad(Incl.) section of South Central Railway, height gauges have been erected at all the level crossing with clear maximum height 4.78m above Road level with a view to prevent loads of excessive height from coming into contact or dangerous proximity to LIVE traction wire (Contact wire), which shall be at a height of minimum of 5.5m above the rail level at level crossings.

Public are hereby notified to observe the height specified above for the purpose of loading vehicles and to see that the loads carried in Road vehicles do not infringe the height gauges under any circumstances .

The dangers of a load of excessive height are as follows :

1. Danger to the height gauge and consequent obstruction to the road as well as the Railway line.

2. Danger to the material or equipment carried or the vehicle itself.

3. Danger of fire and risk of life due to contact with or dangerous proximity to the conductors.

शासनाने नगरविकास विभाग शासन वनर्णय क्र. एमयुपी.२०१४ / सी.आर.२०५ / नवि १९, वदनांक १० ऑगस्ट २०१५ रोजी कुडाळ नगरपंचायत अससततिात आलेली आहे. सबब नवयाने अससततिात आलेलया नगरपंचायतीचया क्ेत्ात सुसंबद्ध विकास करणयासाठी विकास योजना तयार कररे आिशयक असलयाने नगरपंचायत, कुडाळ वजलहा वसंधुदुग्ण सि्णसाधारर सभा ठराि क्र. ०१, वदनांक १४ माच्ण २०२२ अनिये सदरहू नगरपंचायतीचया क्ेत्ाधीकारातील महाराष्ट्र प्ादेवशक ि नगररचना अवधवनयम, १९६६ चे कलम २३ (१) अनिये कुडाळ शहराचा भौगोवलक मावहती प्राली (GIS) द्ारे विकास योजना तयार करणयाचा इरादा जाहीर केलेला आहे.

कुडाळ नगरपंचायतचया कक्ेखाली येराऱया ि जयासाठी विकास योजना कराियेची आहे. तया क्ेत्ाचया नकाशािर अधयक्/ मुखयावधकारी नगरपंचायत, कुडाळ यांची सिाक्री आहे. असा नकाशा कुडाळ नगरपंचायत काया्णलयात काया्णलयीन िेळेत महाराष्ट्र प्ादेवशक ि नगररचना अवधवनयम, १९६६ चे कलम २३ (२) अनिये नागररकांना पाहणयासाठी प्कावशत केलेला आहे.

जया नागररकांना विकास योजनेसंबंधी काही सूचना अगर हरकती असतील, तयांनी ही सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासनाचया राजपत्रात प्वसद्ध होईल तया वदनांकापासून साठ (६०) वदिसांचया आत तयांचया सूचना अगर हरकती कुडाळ नगरपंचायतीकडे लेखी सिरुपात द्ावयात जेरेकरून कुडाळ नगरपंचायत, विकास योजनेबाबत योगय तो विचार करेल.

Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.

Government Notification Urban Development Department, No. MUP-2014/C.R.205/UD 19, Dated 10th August 2015 has established Kudal New Nagar Panchayat. The notification has been published in Maharashtra Government Gazette Extra-ordinary part 1A General sub division dated 1st March 2014.

Kudal Nagar Panchayat under its general body resolution No.01, dated 14th March 2022 declared its intention to prepare Development plan of Kudal Nagar Panchayat limit as per provision of section 23(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. The copy of the plan showing the area for which the development plan is to be prepared is displayed and kept open for the inspection of the public on all working days during office hours at the office of Kudal Nagar Panchayat, Kudal as required under section 23 (2) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act. 1966.

Suggestion/objections if any are invited from the public and which should be communicated in writing within 60 days from the date of publication of intention in Maharashtra Government Gazette for Consideration by the Nagar Panchayat Under section 23 (1) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.

NOTICE

Notice under section 37(1) Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 in

Development Plan of Nagarpanchayat, Dapoli.

Whereas, the Development Plan of city Dapoli (hereafter referred to as "the said Development Plan") has been sanctioned by Government in the Urban Development Notification under-section 31(1) Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereafter referred to as "the said Act") the wide Notification No. TPS-1812/349/CR.83/12/UD-12, Dated 04th August 2015 and has come into force from 04th September 2015.

And Whereas, in the said development plan, the land Mouje - Jogele Dapoli S.No.18/1,44A/6A & 44/4 reserved for Garden (Reservation No. 61) Housing for Dis-house (Reservation No. 62), Play Ground (Reservation No. 63) and remaining part of 44A/6A & 44/4 is in Green Zone (hereafter referred to as "the said land").

And Whereas, Dapoli Nagarpanchayat vide Resoultion No. 181 of meeting held on Dated. 25th November 2019 has decided to initiate modification under-section 37 of the said act to delete the said land from the reserved D. P. site and include it in residential zone. (herein after referred to as "the said modification").

Now therefore, this notice is being published for inviting suggestion and objection of citizens under-section 37 (1) of the said Act regarding the said Modification. The plan showing the said Modification has been kept in the office of Dapoli Nagarpanchayat for the observation of the citizens. However, the citizens who have any suggestions/objections regarding the said Modification should submit the same in written form to the Dapoli Nagarpanchayat office within 30 days from the date of its publication in the Government Gazette.
