क्रमांक संकीर्ण-२०२१/प्र.क्र.१३०/पदुम-४.— जयाअर्थी, प्राणयांमधील संक्रामक व सांसदग्णक रोगांस प्रदतबंध व दनयंत्र अदधदनयम, २००९ (सन २००९ चा २७) याची कलम ६ चया पोट-कलम (१) व (२) तसेच कलमे ७,११,१२ व १३ यांद्ारे प्रदान केलेलया अदधकारांचा वापर करून, काढलेली शासकीय अदधसूचना, कृषी, पशुसंवध्णन, दुगधवयवसाय दवकास व मत्सयवयवसाय दवभाग क्रमांक संकीर्ण-२०२१/प्र.क्र.१३०/पदुम-४, ददनांक २२ ऑकटोबर, २०२१ याद्ारे, महाराष्ट्र शासनाने, उकत अदधदनयमानवये अनुसूदचत रोग असलयाचे घोदषत केलेलया जया रोगामुळे गोजातीय प्रजातींचया प्राणयांना (गुरे व महशी), शेळी (बकऱया), मेंढी (मेंढ्ा) व वराह (डुकरे) यांना संसग्ण होतो तया लाळ खुरकूत रोगाचया बाबतीत, महाराष्ट्र राजयातील पुरे व अहमदनगर या दजल्हांचे संपूर्ण क्ेत् " दनयंदत्त क्ेत् " (यात यापुढे जयाचा दनददेश, " दनयंदत्त क्ेत् " असा केला आहे) महरून घोदषत केले आहे ;
आदर जयाअर्थी, सहआयुकत, रोग अनवेषर कक्, पशुसंवध्णन दवभाग, पुरे यांनी तयांचया अहवालाद्ारे असे कळदवले आहे की, गोजातीय, शेळया, मेंढ्ा व वराह प्रजातींचया प्राणयांमधये लाळ खुरकूत रोगाचा संसग्ण असलयाचे वृत्त कळदवणयात आलेले नाही दकंवा प्रादुभा्णव झालयाचे आढळून आले नाही, आदर पुरे दजलहा संपूर्ण दनयंदत्त क्ेत्ांमधये दीघ्णकाळ ठेवता येरार नाही ;
आदर जयाअर्थी, पुरे या दजल्हाचे संपूर्ण दनयंदत्त क्ेत्, उकत दनयंदत्त क्ेत्ांमधील शेळया , मेंढ्ा व वराह प्रजातीचे प्रारी लाळ खुरकूत रोगाचा संसग्ण होणयाचया भीतीपासून दकंवा धोकयापासून मुकत झाले आहे असे घोदषत कररे आवशयक असून तयानंतर उकत अदधदनयमाचया कलम २१ मधये दनदद्णष्ट केलेले सव्ण दनबबंध लागू असलयाचे समापत होईल ;

भाग चार-अ-८०–१२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-अ, मे ६, २०२२/वैशाख १६, शके १९४४ तयाअर्थी आता, प्राणयांमधील संक्रामक व सांसदग्णक रोगांस प्रदतबंध व दनयंत्र अदधदनयम, २००९ (सन २००९ चा २७) याचया कलम ६ चया पोट-कलम (५) तसेच कलम २२ यांद्ारे प्रदान केलेलया अदधकारांचा वापर करून, महाराष्ट्र शासन, याद्ारे, शासकीय अदधसूचना, कृषी, पशुसंवध्णन, दुगधवयवसाय दवकास व मत्सयवयवसाय दवभाग क्रमांक संकीर्ण-२०२१/ प्र.क्र.१३०/पदुम-४, ददनांक २२ ऑकटोबर, २०२१ यामधये पुढीलप्रमारे सुधाररा करीत आहे :—
उकत अदधसूचनेमधील प्र्सतादवकेतील, " पुरे व अहमदनगर" या मजकुराऐवजी " दजलहा अहमदनगर" हा मजकूर दाखल करणयात येईल.

NOTIFICATION
Prevention and Control of infeCtious and Contagious diseases in animals aCt, 2009.
No. Sankirna-2021/C.R.130/ADF-4.—Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra, by Government Notification, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries Department, No. Sankirna-2021/C.R.130/ADF-4, dated the 22nd October, 2021 (herein referred to as "the said notification"), issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 6 read with sections 7, 11, 12 and 13 of the Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Diseases in Animals Act, 2009 (No.27 of 2009), (herein referred to as "the said Act"), declared the whole of the area of districts Pune and Ahmednagar in State of Maharashtra as a controlled area (hereinafter referred as "the said controlled area"), in respect of the "Foot and Mouth Disease", which is a scheduled disease declared under the said Act whereby Bovine species (Cattles & Buffaloes), Caprine (Goats), Ovine (Sheep) and Porcine (Pigs) species of animals are infected ;
And whereas, the Joint Commissioner, Disease Investigation Section, Animal Husbandry Department, Pune, vide its report has conveyed that, no infection of Foot and Mouth Disease in the Bovine, Caprine, Ovine and Porcine species animals, has been reported or found or no longer prevalent in the whole controlled area of Pune district ;
And whereas, it is necessary to declare that the whole of the controlled area of the Pune district is free from the threat or danger of infection to the said the Bovine, Caprine, Ovine and Porcine species of animals in the said controlled area as aforesaid, whereupon all the restrictions referred to in section 21 of the said Act shall cease to apply ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 6 read with section 22 of the Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Diseases in Animals Act, 2009 (No. 27 of 2009), the Government of Maharashtra hereby amends the Government Notification No. Sankirna-2021/C.R.130/ADF-4, dated the 22nd October, 2021, as follows, namely :—
In the said notification, in preamble, for the words "Districts Pune and Ahmednagar" the words "District Ahmednagar" shall be substituted.
