(cid:312).४९/२१, िदनांक ३० माच(cid:593) २०२१ अ(cid:261)वये माननीय (cid:261)यायाधीश (cid:342)ी. क(cid:579)लास उ(cid:427)मचंद चांिदवाल (सेवािनवृ(cid:427)) यांची एक सद(cid:274)यीय उ(cid:247)च(cid:274)तरीय चौकशी सिमती (यात यापुढ(cid:578) िजचा िनद(cid:616)श, "उ(cid:242)त सिमती" असा क(cid:577)ला आहे) िनयु(cid:242)त क(cid:577)ली होती ;
आिण (cid:249)याअथ(cid:559),महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) शासनाने, ही बाब जनिहता(cid:247)या दृ(cid:273)टीने िन(cid:556)(cid:272)चतच मह(cid:346)वाची बाब अस(cid:269)याने, उ(cid:242)त सिमतीने करावया(cid:247)या चौकशीचे (cid:274)व(cid:544)प आिण (cid:332)करणाची अ(cid:261)य प(cid:555)र(cid:556)(cid:274)थती िवचारात घेऊन, शासन िनण(cid:593)य, सामा(cid:261)य (cid:332)शासन िवभाग, (cid:312)मांक एचएलइ-२०२१/ (cid:332).(cid:312).५७/काया(cid:593).- २१, िदनांक ३ मे २०२१ अ(cid:261)वये चौकशी आयोग अिधिनयम, १९५२ (१९५२ चा ६०) याची कलमे ४, ५, ५अ, ८ व ९ यां(cid:247)या तरतुदी उ(cid:242)त सिमतीस लागू क(cid:577)ले(cid:269)या हो(cid:257)या ;
आिण (cid:249)याअथ(cid:559), उ(cid:242)त सिमतीने,२६ एि(cid:332)ल २०२२ रोजी ितचा अहवाल, शासनास सादर क(cid:577)ला आहे ; आिण (cid:249)याअथ(cid:559), महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) शासनाचे असे मत आहे की, उ(cid:242)त सिमती िनयिमतपणे अ(cid:556)(cid:274)त(cid:257)वात ठ(cid:578)वणे अनाव(cid:272)यक आहे ; (cid:257)याअथ(cid:559) आता, उ(cid:242)त अिधिनयमा(cid:247)या कलम ७ (cid:247)या खंड (अ) (cid:465)ारे (cid:332)दान क(cid:577)ले(cid:269)या अिधकारांचा वापर क(cid:544)न, महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) शासन, या(cid:465)ारे असे घोिषत करीत आहे की, उ(cid:242)त सिमती, िदनांक ३० एि(cid:332)ल २०२२ पासून अ(cid:556)(cid:274)त(cid:257)वात अस(cid:269)याचे समा(cid:262)त झाली आहे.
महारा(cid:273)(cid:322)ाचे रा(cid:249)यपाल यां(cid:247)या आदेशानुसार व नावाने, २ २ महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) शासन राजप(cid:327) असाधारण भाग एक–म(cid:260)य उप-िवभाग, मे १३, २०२२/वैशाख २३, शक(cid:577) १९४४ GENERAL ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT Mantralaya, Madam Cama Marg, Hutatma Rajguru Chowk, Mumbai 400 032, dated the 13th May 2022
NOTIFICATION
No. उचौस(चौकशी)-2021/(cid:332). (cid:312). 49/21.— Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has vide Government Resolution No.उचौस (चौकशी)-2021/(cid:332). (cid:312).49/21, िदनांक 30 माच(cid:593) 2021, appointed Hon'ble Justice Shri Kailas Uttamchand Chandiwal (Retired), One Member High Level Inquiry Committee (hereinafter referred to as "the said Committee"), for the purpose of making an inquiry into the allegations made by Shri Param Bir Singh in his letter dated the 20th March 2021, against the then Hon'ble Home Minister ;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has vide General Administration Department, Government Notification No. HLE-2021/C.R.57/Desk-21, dated the 3rd May 2021, made applicable the provisions of sections 4, 5, 5A, 8 and 9 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act") to the said Committee having regard to the nature of the inquiry to be made by the said Committee and other circumstances of the case the matter being a definite matter of public importance ;
And whereas, the said Committee has submitted its report to the Government on the 26th April 2022 ;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra is of the opinion that the continued existence of the said Committee is unnecessary ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the said Act, the Government of Maharashtra hereby declares that, from the 30th April 2022 the said Committee has ceased to exist.
