CORRIGENDUM
NOTIFICATION
No. FLD-12/2021/C.R.58/F-3.— The Government of Maharashtra, vide Notification of even number dated 4.2.2021 has been notified Total 121.7822 H.A. area in Village Pamtembhi, Taluka Palghar, District-Palghar as Reserved Forest under section 4 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927. And Forest Settlement Officer, Konkan has been appointed as Forest Settlement Officer under clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 4 to enquire into and determine the existence, nature and extent of any rights alleged to exist in favour of any person in or over this land.
As Survey No./Gut. No. 161/A/1/1 (61.5143 HR. area) has been notified twice therefore Survey No./Gut. No. 161/A/1/1 (61.5143 HR. area) is being omitted from vide Notification of even number dated 4.2.2021.
Also for remaining survey no./ Group no. 161/A/1 (51.5324ha) and 161/A/1/2 (8.7337ha) in even number notification the Sub Divisional Officer, Palghar is being appointed as Forest Settlement Officer instead of Forest Settlement Officer, Konkan under clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 4 to enquire into and determine the existence, nature and extent of any rights alleged to exist in favour of any person in or over this land.

No. FLD-11/2022/C.R.55/F-3.— The Government of Maharashtra has notified the area in Mumbai Suburban District mentioned in the following appendix as Reserved Forest under section–4 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927. And Forest Settlement Officer, Konkan has been appointed as Forest Settlement Officer under clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 4 to enquire into and determine the existence, nature and extent of any rights alleged to exist in favour of any person in or over this land.
Hereby, Sub Divisional Officers mentioned in column No. 6 of below Appendix are being appointed as Forest Settlement Officer instead of Forest Settlement Officer, Konkan.
