क्रमांक खाक्षेस-२०१९/प्र.क्र.२७/रस्तषे-९अ.—महाराष्ट्र मोटार वाहन कर अदिदनयम, (१९५८ चा ६५) यांच्या कलम-२० ची पोट-कलमषे (१-अ), (१-ब), (१-क), (१-ड) आदि (१-इ) द्ारषे प्रदान करण्यात आलषेल्या आदि त्याला समर्गनीय करिाऱ्या अदिकारांचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्ारषे घोदित करतषे की, मषे. सहकार ग्लोबल दल. यांची शासन पत् क्र.खाक्षेस-२०२०/प्र.क्र.८१/ रस्तषे-९अ, ददनांक २३ दडसेंबर २०२० च्या पत्ान्वयषे दवियांकीत प्रकल्पाच्या पर्कर वसुलीसाठी एक विा्ग करीता नषेमिूक करण्यात आलषेली होती. त्यानंतर मषे. सहकार ग्लोबल दल. यांची शासन पत् क्र.खाक्षेस-२०२०/प्र.क्र.८१/रस्तषे-९अ, ददनांक ३० एदप्रल २०२१ च्या पत्ान्वयषे दवियांकीत प्रकल्पाच्या पर्कर वसुलीसाठी तीन विा्ग करीता नषेमिूक करण्यात आलषेली असून त्यांना ददनांक ०४ जानषेवारी २०२१ रोजी काया्गरंभ आदषेश दनग्गदमत करण्यात आलषेलषे आहषेत. खालील अनुसूचीच्या स्तंभ (२) मध्यषे दवदनदद्गष्टट केलषेल्या प्रकाराच्या मोटार वाहनांवर ंबई "बांिा, आदि वाहनांकडून ओढून नषेल्या जािाऱ्या अनुयानांवर, खाजगीकरिाच्या माध्यमातून मषेसस्ग सहकार ग्लोबल दलदमटेड, मु वापरा व हस्तांतररत करा (बी.ओ.टी.)" या तत्वावर सायन-पनवषेल दवशषेि राज्यमाग्ग दकलोमीटर १४०/१९० (बीएआरसी जंक्शन) तषे दकलोमीटर ११५/१८० (कळंबोली जंक्शन) या रस्त्यावरील अनुसूचीच्या स्तंभ (३) मध्यषे त्यांच्या समोर दवदनदद्गष्टट केलषेल्या दरानषे ददनांक २७ जुलै २०२२ तषे ददनांक ३ जानषेवारी २०२४ पययंतच्या कालाविीसाठी दकलोमीटर ११८/०२५ (कामोठे पुण्याकडे) व दकलोमीटर ११९/४७५ (कोपरा-मु ंबईकडील ददशषेनषे) यषेर्षे बांिण्यात आलषेल्या पर्कर वसुली स्र्ानकावर पर्कर शुल्क वसुली करण्याकररता प्रादिकृत करण्यात यषेत आहषे.

सदर अदिसूचनषेच्या उद्षेशाकररता मषेसस्ग सहकार ग्लोबल दलदमटेड, मु ंबई यांना टोल वसूल करण्यासाठी अदिकृत आहषे आदि त्यांना मान्य रक्कम पाठदवली जाईल (पॅरा जी पररदशष्टट(xiii) कराराचा फरॉम्ग आदि कराराचा ई-दनदवदा क्रमांक २०२०-PWSPM-५७८७७७-१) चा खंड ५ पाठदवला जाईल. साव्गजदनक बांिकाम दवभागाला मासीक आगाऊ आिारावर प्रत्यषेक मदहन्याच्या ५ तारखषेपययंत Demand Draft/Pay Order/RTGS द्ारषे काय्गकारी अदभयंता, बहुमजली इमारत बांिकाम दवभाग, ककुला्ग यांच्या नावषे काढण्यात यषेईल.
१. खालील वाहनांना पर्करातुन सूट दषेण्यात यषेईल:—
(१) भारताचषे राष्ट्रपती, उप राष्ट्रपती, राज्यांचषे राज्यपाल व वाहनांना लाल ददवा अनुज्षेय असलषेल्या अदतमहत्वाच्या लोकप्रदतदनिींची वाहनषे.
(२) लोकसभा व राज्यसभषेचषे दवद्यमान सदस्य तसषेच महाराष्ट्र दविानसभा व महाराष्ट्र दविानपररिदषेचषे दवद्यमान सदस्य प्रवास करीत असलषेली वाहनषे.
(३) महाराष्ट्र दविानसभा व महाराष्ट्र दविानपररिदषेचषे माजी सदस्य व लोकसभा व राज्यसभषेचषे माजी सदस्य.
(४) केंद्र व राज्य शासनाची वाहनषे महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र, असाधारण भाग चार-ब, जुलै २८, २०२२/श्ावण ६, शके १९४४ ३ (७) टपाल आदि तार खात्याची वाहनषे.
(८) रुग्िवादहका.
(९) शववादहका.
(१०) अग्ग्नशमन दलाची वाहनषे.
(११) महाराष्ट्र राज्य रस्तषे वाहतूक महामंडळाच्या (एसटी) प्रवासी बसषेस.
(१२) स्ककूल बसषेस.
(१३) तळोजा एम.आय.डी.सी. कडून यषेिाऱ्या रस्त्यावरील सव्ग प्रकारची वाहनषे.
२. पर्कर दराचा फलक पर्कर नाक्यावर सवायंना ददसषेल अशा पध्दतीनषे लावण्यात यावा. तसषेच वाहनिारकांस प्रत्यषेक वषेळी पर्कर शुल्क वसुलीची संगिकीकृत पावती दषेण्यात यावी.
३. सव्ग पर्कर नाक्यांवर सवायंना ददसषेल अशा पध्दतीनषे इलषेक्ट्ररॉदनक मादहतीफलक लावण्यात यावा.
४. पर्कर शुल्काच्या दरामध्यषे खालीलप्रमािषे सूट दषेण्यात यषेईल :—
(१) पर्कराच्या ५० ककुपन्सची पुग्स्तका आगाऊ खरषेदी करिाऱ्यास पुग्स्तकेच्या दकमतीमध्यषे १० टक्के सवलत दषेण्यात यषेईल.
(२) पर्कराच्या १०० ककुपन्सची पुग्स्तका आगाऊ खरषेदी करिाऱ्यास पुग्स्तकेच्या दकमतीमध्यषे २० टक्के सवलत दषेण्यात यषेईल.
(३) वारंवार प्रवास करिाऱ्या वाहनांसाठी परतीच्या प्रवासाचषे व दैदनक पासाचषे दर हषे त्या वाहनाच्या एकेरी प्रवास दराच्या अनुक्रमषे दीडपट व अडीच पट राहतील. परतीच्या प्रवासाचा पास व दैदनक पास हा ज्या ददवशी पास काढला जाईल त्या ददवशीच्या रात्ी १२-०० वाजषेपययंत ग्ाह्य राहील.
(४) मादसक पासाचषे दर एकेरी प्रवास दराच्या ५० पट राहतील.
(५) मादसक पास काढलषेल्या ददनांकापासून ३० ददवस वैि राहील.

NOTIFICATION
Maharashtra Motor Vehicles tax act.
No.PSP-2019/C.R.27/Road-9A.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1-A), (1-B), (1-C), (1-D) and (1-E) of section 20 of the Maharashtra Motor Vehicles Tax Act (LXV of 1958) and of all other power enabling it in this behalf and in supersession of all earlier notifications issued in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby declares that M/s. Sahakar Global Ltd. was appointed for collection of toll of the above said project by Government letter No. Khakshes- 2020/C.R.81/Road-9A, dated 23rd December 2020 for the period of one year. After that M/s. Sahakar Global Ltd. has been appointed for collection of toll of the above said project by Government letter No. Khakshes-2020/C.R.81/Road-9A, dated 30th April 2021 for the period of three years and the work order was issued him on dated 4th January 2021. The toll shall be levied on the classes of motor vehicles specified in column (2) of the Schedule appended hereto and on the tailors drawn by such motor vehicles, passing over the section Sion-Panvel Special State Highway in kilometre 140/190 (BARC Junction) to kilometre 115/180 (Kalamboli Junctioin) constructed under the "Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) Scheme" by M/s. Sahakar Global Limited, Mumbai, at their expenses, at the rates specified against each of the said motor vehicles in column (3) of the said Schedule, with the effect from the 27th July 2022 up to 3rd January 2024 at the toll collection center constructed at kilometer 118/025 (near Kamothe towards Pune) and 119/475 (Kopra towards Mumbai).

For the purpose of this notification M/s. Sahakar Global Ltd. is authorized to collect the toll and shall be remit the agreed amount (Para G, Appendix (xiii) form of contract and clause 5 of contract e-tender No.2020-PWSPM-578777-1) to the Public Works Department on monthly upfront in advance basis, latest by 5th of every month by way of demand draft/pay order/RTGS, drawn in favour of the Executive Engineer, Multistoried Building Construction Division, Kurla.
1. The following types of vehicles are exempted from payment of toll, namely:—
(i) VVIP vehicles carrying President of India, Vice-President of India, Governor of State, Public Representatives entitled for red lamp on their vehicles.
(ii) Vehicles carrying sitting Members of Parliament, Maharashtra Legislative Assembly and Maharashtra Legislative Council.
(iii) Vehicles carrying Ex-Members of Parliament, Maharashtra Legislative Assembly and Maharashtra Legislative Council.
(iv) Buses of the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (ST).
(v) School Buses.
(vi) State and Central Government vehicles.
(vii) Defence vehicles.
(viii) Police Department vehicles.
(ix) Pos ts and Telegraph Department vehicles.
(x) Ambulances.
(xi) Hearses.
(xii) Fire fighting vehicles.
(xiii) All vehicles coming from Taloja MIDC road.
2. The above-mentioned rates shall be displayed on boards clearly visible to the people in the vicinity of the toll collection centres. A computerised toll receipt shall be issued on each and every occasion of recovery of toll.
3. Electronic Display Board shall be installed in vicinity of toll collection centres.
4. Concessions in rates of toll are as given below, namely :—
(i) 10 per cent. rebate will be given to the purchaser of booklet containing 50 coupons in advance.
(ii) 20 per cent. rebate will be given to the purchaser of a booklet containing 100 coupons in advance.
(iii) For frequently travelling vehicles, return and daily pass will be 1.5 times and 2.5 times of their respective one way travel rates. Return journey pass and daily pass will be valid up to 12-00 hours at midnight for the day of issuing the pass.
(iv) Rate of monthly pass will be 50 times of their respective one-way travel rates.
(v) The monthly pass will be effective till 30 days from the date of issue.
