Pooja Prakash Bagve, Assistant Registrar, working on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay and candidate at Sr. No. 1 on the Select List of Deputy Registrar is hereby promoted and appointed to the post of " Deputy Registrar ", in the Pay Scale of Rs. 43,690–1,080–49,090–1,230–56,470 on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, purely on temporary basis, with effect from 20th July 2022 in the vacant post of Deputy Registrar subject to the result of litigation/representation pending, if any, or that may be filed in which any appointment, seniority etc., in respect of the post of Assistant Registrar and Deputy Registrar are/would be challenged.

Sherla, Senior Private Secretary, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay as Additional Registrar/Principal Secretary to the Hon'ble the Chief Justice, purely on temporary basis for a period of six months.

No. PL(APP)/Steno/2022/3588-4506.— The Services of Shri Vishwanath Satyanarayana Sherla, presently working as Additional Registrar/Principal Secretary to the Honourable the Chief Justice on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay as per above referred High Court, Notification, are hereby regularised on the said post w.e.f. 28th July 2022.
