टीप :-
१. पथकरा(cid:247)या दराम(cid:260)ये खालील(cid:332)माणे सवलती दे(cid:256)यात येते :—
(१) पथकरा(cid:247)या ५० क(cid:561)प(cid:261)सची आगाऊ खरेदी करणा(cid:311)या वाहनधारकास पु(cid:556)(cid:274)तक(cid:577)(cid:247)या िकमतीम(cid:260)ये १० ट(cid:242)क(cid:577) सवलत दे(cid:256)यात येईल.
(२) पथकरा(cid:247)या १०० क(cid:561)प(cid:261)सची आगाऊ खरेदी करणा(cid:311)या वाहनधारकास पु(cid:556)(cid:274)तक(cid:577)(cid:247)या िकमतीम(cid:260)ये २० ट(cid:242)क(cid:577) सवलत दे(cid:256)यात येईल.
(३) वारंवार (cid:332)वास करणा(cid:311)या वाहनासाठी परती(cid:247)या पासाचे व दैिनक पासाचे दर हे (cid:257)या वाहना(cid:247)या एक(cid:577)री पथकरा(cid:247)या दरा(cid:247)या अनु(cid:312)मे दरा(cid:247)या दीड पट व अडीच पट असतील. परतीचा व दैिनक पास (cid:249)या िदनांकास दे(cid:256)यात आला असेल, (cid:257)या िदवशी(cid:247)या रा(cid:327)ी १२-०० वाजेपय(cid:597)त वैध राहील.
(४) मािसक पासाचे दर एक(cid:577)री (cid:332)वास दरा(cid:247)या ५० पट राहतील.
२. खालील वाहनांना पथकरातून सुट दे(cid:256)यात येईल :—
(१) रा(cid:273)(cid:322)पती, उप रा(cid:273)(cid:322)पती, रा(cid:249)यांचे रा(cid:249)यपाल िक(cid:573)वा वाहनावर लाल िदवा लाव(cid:256)याची परवानगी असलेले लोक(cid:332)ितिनधी (cid:332)वास करीत असलेली वाहने.
महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) शासन राजप(cid:327) असाधारण भाग चार-ब, जुलै २९, २०२२/(cid:342)ावण ७, शक(cid:577) १९४४(२) संसदेचे िव(cid:464)मान सद(cid:274)य तसेच महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) िवधानसभा व महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) िवधानप(cid:555)रषदेचे िव(cid:464)मान सद(cid:274)य (cid:332)वास करीत असलेली वाहने.
(३) महारा(cid:273)(cid:322)ातील माजी संसद सद(cid:274)य िक(cid:573)वा महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) िवधानसभा व महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) िवधानप(cid:555)रषदेचे माजी सद(cid:274)य (cid:332)वास करीत असलेली वाहने.
(४) क(cid:607)(cid:329) व रा(cid:249)य शासकीय वाहने.
(५) ल(cid:273)करी वाहने.
(६) पोलीस दलाची वाहने.
(७) अ(cid:556)(cid:244)नशमन दलाची वाहने.
(८) (cid:543)(cid:244)णवािहका.
(९) शववािहका.
(१०) टपाल व तार खा(cid:257)याची वाहने.
३. वरील अनुसूचीम(cid:260)ये नमूद क(cid:577)लेले पथकर दर हे पथकर ना(cid:242)याजवळील प(cid:555)रसरामधील वाहनधारकांना (cid:274)प(cid:273)टपणे िदसतील अशा (cid:332)कारे सूचना फलकांवर दश(cid:593)िव(cid:256)यात यावे; तसेच पथकर ना(cid:242)याव(cid:543)न जाणा(cid:311)या (cid:332)(cid:257)येक वाहनाची पथकर वसुलीची पावती दे(cid:256)यात यावी.
४. पथकर ना(cid:242)यावरील इले(cid:242)(cid:322)ॉिनक फलक हे येणा(cid:311)या व जाणा(cid:311)या सव(cid:593) लोकांना (cid:274)प(cid:273)टपणे िदसतील अशा प(cid:460)तीने लाव(cid:256)यात यावेत.
५. उपरो(cid:269)लेिखत पथकर ना(cid:242)यावर उपरो(cid:269)लेिखत कालावधीसाठी पथकर वसूल कर(cid:256)याचा आिण वसूल झाले(cid:269)या पथकराची संपूण(cid:593) र(cid:242)कम ठ(cid:578)वून घे(cid:256)याचा ह(cid:242)क महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) रा(cid:249)य र(cid:274)ते िवकास महामंडळ मया(cid:593)िदत, मु ंबई यांना (cid:332)दान कर(cid:256)यात आला आहे.
खालील (cid:332)कार(cid:247)या वाहनांचा वां(cid:329)े-वरळी सागरी जोड र(cid:274)(cid:257)याचा (वां(cid:329)े ते वरळी) वापर कर(cid:256)यात म(cid:249)जाव कर(cid:256)यात येत आहे :– (१) मोटार सायकल, (cid:274)क(cid:561)टर, मोपेड, (cid:322)(cid:570)(cid:242)टर आिण (cid:555)रका(cid:266)या (cid:322)ॉलीसह (cid:322)(cid:570)(cid:242)टर आिण चालक वगळ(cid:564)न तीन (cid:332)वासी (cid:550)मतेची ॲटो (cid:555)र(cid:550)ा.
(२) (cid:332)ा(cid:256)यांकड(cid:564)न ओढ(cid:256)यात येणारी वाहने व हळ(cid:564) चालणारी वाहने.
(३) वरील अनुसूचीत अनु(cid:312)मांक (२) येथे नमूद क(cid:577)ले(cid:269)या जड वाहनां(cid:271)यित(cid:555)र(cid:242)त मोटार वाहन अिधिनयम, १९८८ (१९८८ चा ५९) अ(cid:261)वये नमूद क(cid:577)लेली जड वाहने जसे की, (cid:322)क (cid:322)(cid:578)लस(cid:593), दोन पे(cid:550)ा जा(cid:274)त आसांची वाहने.
६. महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) रा(cid:249)य र(cid:274)ते िवकास महामंडळ (मया(cid:593).) यांना या अिधसुचने(cid:465)ारे (cid:257)यांचेमाफ(cid:594)त वां(cid:329)े-वरळी सागरी सेतू या (cid:332)क(cid:269)पाअंतग(cid:593)त बांध(cid:256)यात आले(cid:269)या पथकर ना(cid:242)यावर पथकर जमा करणे व सदर र(cid:242)कम राखून ठ(cid:578)व(cid:256)याचे अिधकार या अिधसूचने(cid:465)ारे (cid:332)ािधक(cid:565)त कर(cid:256)यात येत आहे.

NOTIFICATION
No. PPP-2008/CR-86/Road-8.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1-A), (1-B), (1-C), (1-D) and (1-E) of section 20 of the Maharashtra Motor Vehicles Tax Act (LXV of 1958), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby declares that the toll shall be levied on the classes of motor vehicles specified in column (2) of the Schedule appended hereto and on the trailors drawn by such motor vehicles, passing over the section of the Bandra- Worli-Sea Link Road (Bandra to Worli) under the "Built, Operate and Transfer (BOT) Basis" by the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Limited, at their expenses, at the rates specified against each of the said vehicles in column (3) of the said Schedule, with effect from the "1st April 2021 to 31st March 2024", "1st April 2024 to 31st March 2027", "1st April 2027 to 31st March 2030", "1st April 2030 to 31st March 2033", "1st April 2033 to 31st March 2036" & "1st April 2036 to the 31st March 2039, at toll collection centre constructed on the said road.

1. Concessions in rates of toll are as given below, namely :—
(i) Ten per cent. rebate will be given to the purchase of booklet containing fifty coupons in advance.
(ii) Twenty per cent. rebate will be given to the purchase of a booklet containing hundred coupons in advance.
(iii) The rates of return journey pass and daily pass for frequently travelling vehicles, shall be 1.5 times and 2.5 times of their respective one way travel rates. Return journey pass and daily pass will be valid up to 12.00 hours at midnight for the day of issuing the pass.
(iv) Rate of monthly pass will be fifty times of their respective one way travel rates.
2. The following types of vehicles are exempted from payment of toll, namely :—
(i) VVIP vehicles carrying President of India, Vice-President of India, Governor of State, Public Representatives entitled for red lamp on their vehicles.
(ii) Vehicles carrying sitting Members of Parliament, Maharashtra Legislative Assembly and Maharashtra Legislative Council.
(iii) Vehicles carrying Ex-Members of Parliament, Maharashtra Legislative Assembly and Maharashtra Legislative Council.
(iv) State and Central Government Vehicles.
(v) Defense Vehicles.
(vi) Police Department Vehicles.
(vii) Post and Telegraph Department Vehicles.
(viii) Ambulances.
(ix) Hearses.
(x) Fire fighting vehicles.
3. The above-mentioned rates of toll shall be displayed on boards clearly visible to the people in the vicinity of the toll connection centre. A receipt shall be passed on each and every and every occasion of recovery of toll.
4. Electronic Display Board clearly visible to the people shall be installed in vicinity of the toll collection centre.
5. The following types of vehicles have no access to the Bandra-Worli Sea Link Road, i.e. Bandra to Worli section, namely :—
(a) Motor Cycle, Scooter, Moped, Tractor with unladen trolly and Auto-Rickshaw registered to carry three person excluding driver.
(b) Animal drawn vehicle and slow moving vehicle.
(c) Heavy motor vehicles as defined in the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988) such as truck trailers, multi axle vehicles, etc., except vehicles covered by entry at serial number (2) of the Schedule.
6. For the purpose of this notification, the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Limited, Mumbai is authorised to collect and retain the amount of toll collection centre constructed at Bandra-Worli Sea Link Road (Bandra to Worli) for the above-mentioned period.
