NOTIFICATION
Reference : 1) Government Notification of even number, dated 03.06.2022 2) Hon'ble High Court, Mumbai letter No. A.6718/1051/2022, dated 28.06.2022.
No. SPC 1322/C.R.51/IX.—Whereas, vide notification referred above at Sr. No. 1 (hereafter 'the said notification'), Shri. A. M. Patil, Judge, City Civil Court and Additional Sessions Judge, Mumbai was appointed to try cases filed under MCOC/TADA/POTA/NIA and Special Case No. 18 of 2018.
Now as per the proposal received from Hon'ble Bombay High Court vide its letter referred above at Sr. No. 2, the Government of Maharashtra, with the concurrence of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of Bombay High Court, hereby appoints Shri. A. M. Patil, Judge, City Civil Court and Additional Sessions Judge, Mumbai to try other sessions trial cases filed against Rajendra Sadashiv Nikalje alias Chhota Rajan, in addition to the cases as mentioned in column (3) of the schedule appended to the said notification.
