NOTIFICATION

Whereas, the Development Plan of Saoner Municipal Council Prepared under the Provision of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 has been sanctioned by Govt. of Maharashtra Urban Development & Public Health Department vide their Order No. TPS-2480-1800-UD-7, dated 30th June 1982 and came into force from 1st October 1982.
And whereas, Municipal Council, Saoner decided as per the General Meeting Resolution No. 4 of dated 15th December 2020 the following Minor Modification in the sanctioned D. P. is proposed.
" Mouza Saoner Kh. No. 689/4 area 0.40 Hec. land of Municipal Council reserved for Fire Brigade Reservation No. 34 which is to be converted as for Fire Brigade 0.20 Hec. and for Commercial use 0.20 Hec. "
A part plan showing the propsed modification duly signed and dated by the Administrator, Municipal Council, Saoner is kept open on the Notice Board for the inspection of public during the office hours on all working days.
Now, in pursuance of Section 37(1) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966, it is hence notified that any person's having any objections or suggestions regarding the proposed modification, may communicate in writing to the Administrator, Municipal Council, Saoner within a period of 30 days from the date of publication of Notification in Maharashtra Government Gazette.
The suggestion/objections received within the time limit will be considered and decided by Municipal Council, Saoner. Please note that the suggestions/objections received after the said period will not be considered.

NOTICE
No. 2386-MCW-TPD-2022.—
Development Plan of Wardha Town has been sanctioned by State Government vide Notificaton No. TPS-2601-1380-CR 60(D)-2002-UD-9, dated 9th January 2004 and come into fore with effect from 25th February 2004.
As per the said sanctioned Development Plan of Wardha Town from the land bearing Sheet No. 69, C.T.S. No. 2434, Total Area 4438.90 sq.m around 1400 Sq.m of land is reserved under Reservation No. 37 for "Extension to Market" and remaining area is for Existing Indira Market.
But the Planning Authority Municipal Council, Wardha intends to build 'Shraddheya Atal Bibari Vajpayee Vanijya va Krida Sankul' ( Shraddheya Atal Bihari Vajpayee Commercial and Sports Complex) and vide its resoulution No. 22, Dated 23-02-2020 through Vaishishtya Purn Vishesh Nidhi on the above said land, For this Honourable Administrator of Municipal Council, Wardha has passed Resolution No. 1, Dated 21-07-2022 to make minor modification in the Development Plan under Section 37 of MRTP Act, 1966 to get the whole land bearing Sheet No. 69, C.T.S. No. 2434, Total Area 4438.90 sq.m. get reserved for use of 'Stadium and Shopping Complex'.
The document showing proposed modification is kept open for public for inspection on the Notice Board of Wardha Municipal Council on working days in working hours, Any person having suggestion/ objection regarding the proposed modification may communicate to the Chief Officer, Municipal Coun- cil, Wardha within 30 (thirty) days from the date of publication of this notice in Government Gazette.
