क्रमांक संकीर्ण-२०१३/प्र.क्र.६२३/१३स.— ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र सहकारी संस्था अधिनियम, १९६० (१९६१ चा XXIV) चे कलम ७३ कब प्रमाणे राज्यातील सहकारी संस्थांच्या निवडणुका घेण्याचे व त्यासाठी मतदार याद्या तयार करण्याचे अधिक्षण, संचलन आणि नियंत्रण करण्यासाठी राज्य सहकारी निवडणूक प्राधिकरण गठीत करण्याची तरतूद आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, अधिनियमाचे कलम ७३ कब पोट-कलम (२) अन्वये महाराष्ट्राच्या राज्यपालांनी शासन अधिसूचना, सहकार, पणन व वस्त्रोद्योग विभाग, क्रमांक संकीर्ण-२०१३/प्र.क्र.६२३/१३स, दिनांक १ ऑगस्ट २०१९ अन्वये डॉ. जगदीश पाटील यांची राज्य सहकारी निवडणूक आयुक्त म्हणून ते ज्या दिनांकाला आपले पद धारण करतील त्या दिनांकापासून ३ वषार्ंसाठी किंवा वयाची पासष्ट वर्षे पूर्ण करतील यांपैकी जे अगोदर घडेल तोपयर्ंत नियुक्ती केली होती ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, डॉ. जगदीश पाटील यांनी दिनांक ७ ऑगस्ट, २०१९ रोजी आयुक्त, राज्य सहकारी निवडणूक प्राधिकरण, महाराष्ट्र राज्य, पुणे हे पद धारण केलेले आहे व त्यामुळे ते दिनांक ६ ऑगस्ट, २०२२ पयर्ंत सदर पद धारण करतील ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, अधिनियमाच्या कलम ७३कख पोट-कलम (२) मध्ये आयुक्त, राज्य सहकारी निवडणूक प्राधिकरण, महाराष्ट्र राज्य, पुणे म्हणून नेमणूक झालेल्या व्यक्तीची पुढे २ वषार्ंसाठी पुर्ननियुक्तीसाठीची तरतूद आहे ;

भाग चार--ब---२७९---१२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-ब, ऑगस्ट ५, २०२२/श्रावण १४, शके १९४४ म्हणून मी, भगत सिंह कोश्यारी, राज्यपाल, महाराष्ट्र राज्य, महाराष्ट्र सहकारी संस्था अधिनियम, १९६० चे कलम ७३कब, पोट-कलम (२) आणि इतर अनुषंगिक तरतुदी अन्वये मला प्राप्त झालेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून डॉ. जगदीश पाटील यांची आयुक्त, राज्य सहकारी निवडणूक प्राधिकरण, महाराष्ट्र राज्य, पुणे म्हणून दिनांक ७ ऑगस्ट, २०२२ पासून पुढील २ वषार्ंच्या कालावधीसाठी किंवा त्यांचे वयाची पासष्ट वर्षे पूर्ण होतील यांपैकी जे अगोदर घडेल तोपयर्ंत पुर्ननियुक्ती करीत आहे.

NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT, 1960.
No. Sankirn-2013/C.R.623/ 13C.— Whereas, section 73CB of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (Mah.XXIV of 1961) provides for the constitution of the State Co-operative Election Authority for the purposes of superintendence, direction and control of the preparation of electoral rolls for, and conduct of, all elections to a society in the State of Maharashtra ;
And whereas, under sub-section (2) of the said section 73CB, the Governor of Maharashtra has appointed Dr. Jagdish Patil as the State Co-operative Election Commissioner, vide the Government Notification, Co-operation, Marketing and Textiles Department, No. Sankirn-2013/ C.R.623/13C, dated the 1st August, 2019, for the period of three years from the date on which he enters the office or till he attains the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier ;
And whereas, as Dr. Jagdish Patil has entered the said office on the 7th August, 2019, he shall hold the said office till the 6th August, 2022 ;
And whereas, sub-section (2) of the said section 73CB provides that the State Co-operative Election Commissioner so appointed may be re-appointed for a further period of two years ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 73CB of the said Act, and of all other powers enabling in this behalf, I, Shri Bhagat Singh Koshyari, the Governor of Maharashtra, hereby re-appoints Dr. Jagdish Patil as a State Co-operative Election Commissioner for a further period of two years with effect from 7th August, 2022 or till he attains the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier.
