No. SPC 1322/C.R. 73/IX.—In exercise of the powers conferred by —
(a) sub-section (1) read with sub-section (3) of section 5 of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999 (Mah. XXX of 1999) (MCOCA for short) ;
(b) sub-section (1) of sec. 22 read with sub-section (3) of section 11 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (Act 34 of 2008) (NIA for short) ;
the Government of Maharashtra, with the concurrence of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court of Judicature at Bombay, hereby appoints the Judges referred in column (2) of schedule shown below as the Additional Judge for Special Courts shown against their names in column (3) of the schedule, to try and deal with the cases filed under the aforesaid Acts :—

PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION ACT, 1988.
No. SPC 1322/C.R. 73/IX.—Whereas vide Government Resolutions CRC 1098/750/(60)-IX, dated 22nd October 2007, CRC1009/C.R.80/9, dated 16th November 2010 and SPC 1313/C.R.64/IX, dated 2nd May 2013 issued by the Government of Maharashtra, Special Courts are established at Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur and Amravati for trial of cases exclusively investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) ;
And whereas, the Registrar General, High Court of Bombay vide letter referred above, has requested the Government in Law and Judiciary Department to appoint the Judges mentioned in column (2), in place of the Judges mentioned in the column (3) of the Schedule below, to deal with and try the cases filed under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, investigated by the CBI ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Act 49 of 1988), the Government of Maharashtra, on recommendation of the Bombay High Court, appoints the following District Judge and Additional Sessions Judges mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule appended hereto, as Special Judges in the district shown against their names in column (3) of the Schedule, in place of the Judges in column (3) of the schedule, for exclusive trial of corruption cases investigated by the CBI :—

PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION ACT,1988.
No. SPC 1321/C.R. 76/D-IX.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Act 49 of 1988), the Government of Maharashtra, on recommendation of the Bombay High Court, hereby appoints Shri S. M. Menjoge, Judge, City Civil Court and Additional Sessions Judge, Mumbai as Special Judge, in place of Shri V. C. Barde, exclusively for the trial of cases filed under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, investigated by Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
