क्रमांक निशि/केरो/२०२२/२३४/आठ/जा. १०७.-----शासनाने वाचा क्र. २ च्या पत्रान्वये नियंत्रक, शिधावाटप व संचालक, नागरी पुरवठा, मुंबई यांनी राज्यस्तरीय समन्वयक, तेलउद्योग यांच्याकडून सुधारित डेपो दर प्राप्त करून घेऊन त्याआधारे केरोसीनचे दर सुधारित करण्याची कार्यवाही करावी, असे आदेशित केले आहे ;

ज्याअर्थी, सुधारित एक्स-डेपो दराचा तक्ता सोबत पाठवून सार्वजनिक वितरण व्यवस्थेमधील एक्स--डेपो दरामध्ये दिनांक १ ऑगस्ट २०२२ पासून सुधारणा केलेली असल्याचे राज्यस्तरीय समन्वयक, तेल उद्योग, मुंबई यांनी या कार्यालयास वाचा क्र. ४ च्या ई-मेल संदेशाद्वारे कळविले आहे ;

त्याअनुषंगाने सार्वजनिक वितरण व्यवस्थेअंतर्गत वितरित करण्यात येणाया केरोसीनचा सुधारित कमिशनसह घाऊक व किरकोळ विक्री दर निश्चित करून त्याबाबत आदेश निर्गमित करणे आवश्यक आहे ;

भाग चार-क-----१२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र, भाग चार-क, गुरुवार ते बुधवार, ऑगस्ट ११-१७, २०२२/श्रावण २०-२६, शके १९४४ त्याअर्थी, वाचा क्र. १ मध्ये नमूद तरतुदीस अनुसरून मुंबई (मुंबई शहर व मुंबई उपनगर) केरोसीनच्या घरगुती वापराचे घाऊक व किरकोळ विक्रीचे दर दिनांक १ ऑगस्ट २०२२ पासून पुढील आदेश होईपयर्ंत तात्काळ अंमलात आणणेकरिता पुढीलप्रमाणे अधिसूचित करीत आहे :----

No. PL(APP)/Steno/2022/3730-4741.—Shri Husenbasha Rahaman Nadaf, Stenographer (Higher Grade), High Court, Original Side, Bombay and candidate at Sr. No. 31 on the Select List for the post of Personal Assistant, prepared by the High Court, Bombay is hereby appointed as " Personal Assistant " in the Pay Matrix S-20 : 56100-177500, on the establishment of the High Court, Original Side, Bombay, with effect from the date he assumes charge of the said post, purely on temporary and ad-hoc basis, on the conditions mentioned in Part II of this order.

PART II

Conditions .—

1. His appointment, if continued as Personal Assistant, shall be on probation for a period of two years or until an order declaring him to have satisfactorily completed the probation period, is made by the Appointing Authority, whichever is later. During the probation period, his services is liable to be terminated without notice and without assigning any reason.

2. His seniority will be according to his position in the select list for the post of Personal Assistant.

3. His appointment, shall be subject to the Bombay High Court Original Side Service Rules, 2002 and such other rules/circulars as may be issued from time to time by the High Court.

4. He will have to deposit one month's basic pay in lieu of one month's notice, in case, he tenders resignation without giving prior notice.

5. In case the information submitted by him regarding his eligibility for the abovesaid post i.e. educational qualification, age, caste, domicile etc., is found to be incorrect or false, his services would be terminated.

6. In case he fail to join duties within 30 days from the receipt of this order or to inform the undersigned his inability to do so, his name will be struck off from the Select List.

Note.—You are hereby directed to join duty at 10-00 a.m. on any working day within 30 days from the receipt of this Notification in the offfice of Pay and Establishment Section of Original Side, High Court, Bombay, Second Floor, P.W.D. PART-II

Conditions .—

1. During the probation period, their services are liable to be terminated without notice and without assigning any reason.

2. The new "Defined Contribution Pension Scheme" prescribed under Government Resolution, Finance Department No. CPS-1005/126/SER-4, dated 31st October 2005, now renamed as New Pension Scheme (NPS) by Government Resolution, Finance Department No. CPS-2015/(NPS)/P.K. 32/SER-4, dated 6th April 2015 shall be applicable to them.

3. Their seniority will be according to their position in the select list for the post of Personal Assistant.

4. Their appointments, shall be subject to the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Service Rules, 2000 and such other rules/circulars as may be issued from time to time by the High Court.

5. Their appointment to the post of Personal Assistant shall be subject to the outcome of the verification of character and antecedents.

6. Their appointment in subject to being declared medically fit by an appropriate medical authority.

7. They will have to deposit one month's basic pay in lieu of one month's notice, in case, they tender resignation without giving prior notice.

8. In case the information submitted by them regarding their eligibility for the abovesaid post i.e. educational qualification, age, caste, domicile etc., is found to be incorrect or false, their services would be terminated.

9. They will have to submit declaration stating that they have not taken any dowry, if married, on or after 20th October 2005, as per provisions of Rule 23-A of the Bombay High Court (Conduct) Rules, 1989.

10. They have to submit the enclosed "Attestation form" duly filled in and Identity Certificate signed by the Authorised Officer, at the time of joining the post.

11. In case they fail to join duties within 30 days from the receipt of this letter or to inform the undersigned their inability to do so, their name will be struck off from the Select List.
