No. Rule/P.1616/2022.––In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4(1) of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and in partial modification of the earlier Notification No. Rule/P.1616/2021 dated 17th July, 2021 regarding constitution of "The Gender Sensitization Internal Complaints Committee" to deal with the complaints if any, of Sexual Harassment of any woman at work place, the Hon'ble the Chief Justice is pleased to re-constitute the "The Gender Sensitization Internal Complaints २ महाराष्ट्र महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-क, ऑगस्ट २२, २०२२/श्रावण ३१, शके १९४४ Committee" for the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad as under :––
