Publication of Draft Development Plan of Nandura under Section 26(1) of
Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966
NOTICE
No. 1075-2022.—
Whereas the Nandura Municipal Council (hereinafter referred to as " the said Planning Authority,") vide Resolution No. 06 A, dated 28th May 2018, had declared its intention to prepare a Draft Development of Nandura (hereinafter referred to as " said Draft Development Plan ") for the area under its jurisdiction, (hereinafter referred to as " the said area ") as per the provision of Sections 21, 23(1), 38 of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as " the said Act ") and notice to the effect is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette Amravati Division, Supplement Part-1(A) on 19-25th July, 2018.
And Whereas, as per the provision in Section 24 of the said Act, the Municipal Council vide Order No. 3698-19, dated 13th March 2019 has appointed Town Planner Town Planning, Buldana as " Town Planning Officer " to prepare the said Draft Development Plan for the said area;
And Whereas, the Town Planning Officer/Assistant Director, Town Planning, Buldana after having prepared Existing Land use Map as per Section 25 of the said Act, has prepared the said Draft Development Plan of the said area and has handed it over to the said Planning Authority on 21st May 2019 for publication under Section 26(1) of the said Act ;
द्धन्रु]क्ष् रू न् +रून् ॅ-+ +द्धन्म््र ह्यम््र ान्म््र, +रू]क्ष् ३०, २०२२/ ८, ॅ १९४४ ३And Whereas, the said Planning Authority has passed Resolution No. 137, dated 24th August 2022 to publish the said Draft Development Plan under Section 26(1) of the said Act, for inviting suggestions/objections from the public;
Therefore, Nandura Municipal Council hereby publishes the said Draft Development Plan along with the Report under Section 26(1) of the said Act of inviting suggestions/objections from the public. The copy of the said Draft Development Plan and Report thereof are kept open for inspection of the public at the following offices on all working days during office hours.
(1) The Chief Officer, Nandura Municipal Council.
(2) Assistant Director, Town Planning, Buldana.
The suggestions/objections if any, in writing from the public in this regard with reasons, shall be submitted to the Chief Officer, Nandura Municipal Council, within the period of 30 days from the date of publication of the Notice in Maharashtra Govt. Gazette, suggestions/objections received by the Municipal Council within the period of the 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazeete shall only be considered.
The copies of the said Draft Development Plan and particulars shall be available to the public at reasonable price in the office of the Nandura Municipal Council.
