NOTIFICATION
No. CRC 2022/CR 23/Desk XII.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of Section 3 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (25 of 1955), in its application to the State of Maharashtra, and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf ; and in partial modification of all earlier notifications issued in this behalf, in so far as they relate to the Saoner and Kalmehswar tehsils of Nagpur District, the Government of Maharashtra hereby, with effect from 11th September 2022, specifies the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Saoner in Nagpur District, as having jurisdiction in respect of the matters dealt with in the said Act within the local limits of its ordinary jurisdiction.

(cid:312)मांक सीआरसी २०२२/(cid:332).(cid:312). २३/का. बारा.— महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) िदवाणी (cid:261)यायालय अिधिनयम (१८६९ चा १४) याचे कलम २१, २२अ व २३ या(cid:465)ारे (cid:332)दान कर(cid:256)यात आले(cid:269)या अिधकारांचा, आिण याबाबतीत (cid:257)यास समथ(cid:593) करणा(cid:311)या इतर सव(cid:593) अिधकारांचा वापर क(cid:544)न ; आिण याबाबतीत यापूव(cid:559) काढले(cid:269)या सव(cid:593) अिधसूचनांचा जेथवर (cid:257)या िज(cid:269)हा (cid:261)यायालय, नागपूर यांना दु(cid:267)यम असणा(cid:311)या िदवाणी (cid:261)यायालय, व(cid:555)र(cid:273)ठ (cid:274)तर, नागपूर यां(cid:247)याशी जेथवर संबंध असेल तेथवर, (cid:257)यांम(cid:260)ये अंशत: फ(cid:577)रबदल क(cid:544)न, महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) शासन, या(cid:465)ारे पुढील(cid:332)माणे िनदेश देत आहे की, िदनांक ११ स(cid:262)ट(cid:608)बर २०२२ पासून,—
(क) नागपूर िज(cid:269)(cid:481)ाम(cid:260)ये सावनेर येथे िज(cid:269)हा (cid:261)यायालय, नागपूर यास दु(cid:267)यम असलेले एक िदवाणी (cid:261)यायालय असेल ;
(ख) िदवाणी (cid:261)यायाधीश (व(cid:555)र(cid:273)ठ (cid:274)तर), हे, उ(cid:242)त (cid:261)यायालया(cid:247)या अ(cid:260)य(cid:550)(cid:274)थानी असतील आिण ते सावनेर येथे आपले (cid:261)यायालय भरवतील ;
(ग) िदवाणी (cid:261)यायाधीश (व(cid:555)र(cid:273)ठ (cid:274)तर) सावनेर यां(cid:247)या सव(cid:593)साधारण अिधका(cid:555)रते(cid:247)या (cid:274)थािनक सीमांम(cid:260)ये नागपूर िज(cid:269)(cid:481)ातील सावनेर आिण कळमे(cid:272)वर महसुली तहिसला(cid:247)या (cid:274)थािनक सीमांम(cid:260)ये समािव(cid:273)ट असले(cid:269)या (cid:550)े(cid:327)ांचा समावेश असेल आिण जी (cid:550)े(cid:327)े यापूव(cid:559) िदवाणी (cid:261)यायाधीश (व(cid:555)र(cid:273)ठ (cid:274)तर) नागपूर यां(cid:247)या सव(cid:593)साधारण अिधका(cid:555)रते(cid:247)या (cid:274)थािनक सीमांम(cid:260)ये समािव(cid:273)ट होती ती उ(cid:242)त (cid:550)े(cid:327)े (cid:257)यामधून वगळ(cid:256)यात येतील.

NOTIFICATION
No. CRC 2022/CR 23/Desk XII.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21, 22A and 23 of the Maharashtra Civil Courts Act, (XIV of 1869), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf ; in partial modification of all earlier notifications issued in this behalf ; in so far as they relate to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur, sub-ordinate to the District Court, Nagpur, the Government of Maharashtra hereby, directs with effect form 11th September 2022 :—
(a) there shall be a Civil Court at Saoner sub-ordinate to the District Court, Nagpur in Nagpur District ;
(b) the said Court shall be presided over by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, who shall hold his Court at Saoner ; and
(c) the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Saoner, shall comprise the areas covered within the local limits of the revenue Talukas of Saoner and Kalmehswar in Nagpur District and the said areas which were heretofore included within the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur shall be excluded therefrom.
