O.NO.PCMC/PBN/467 2022 Date 30/08/2022 Whereas the Development Plan of Parbhani (R+AA)(Partly) is sanctioned by Govt. Vide Notification dated 30/09/1999 which came into force on dated 16/12/1999.The republished Development Plan of Parbhani was sanctioned on dated 24.08.2001& Came into force on dated 16/10/2001. In this development plan within sy.no 603/3 the land admeasuring 40 R as per 7/12 extracts which is 38.45 R as per measurement sheet belongs to Vidya Kalidas Choudhari . And within sy.no. 603/3 the land admeasuring 88 R as per 7/ 12 extracts which is 87 R as per measurement sheet belongs to Satish Madhavrao Ghatge Both Lands admeasuring total 125.45 R is shown in No Development Zone.
Parbhani Municipal Corporation Vide its resolution No 21 date 30 August 2022 decided to delete the total area 125.45 R. in Sy.No.603/3 From No Development Zone which is to be included in Residential Zone.
Towards the east side of land under modification Sy.no 603/5 towards North side Sy.No. 603/2 & toward west side Sy.No 603/3 all lands are in No develpment Zone as per Sanctioned development plan.
Towards South side of land under modification Sy.No. 601 & 602 in which total land 17.78 Hector which is included in residential Zone U/s 37(2) vide Govt. of Maharashtra Notification dated 30/06/2021
The part plan showing the modification U/s 37 kept with the Town planning Section of Parbhani Municipal Corporation for General Public for inspection in the office time.
And whereas the Municipal Corporation Parbhani invites suggestions are objection to said modification to the Development Plan (R+AA)of Parbhani within the period of One Month from the date of publication of this Notification in Government Gazette.
The suggestions and objections received by General Public within one Month from the publication of this Notification in Government Gazette would be Considered by Parbhani City Municipal Corpoation before submitting the proposal to the Government for Sanction. If no suggestion and Objection received within stipulated period by general public then this resolution will be considered as final resolution and modification proposal will be submitted to Govt.for sanction.

Vide Notification dated 30.09.1999 which came into force on dated 16.12.1999. the republished Development Plan Parbhani was sanctioned on dated 24.08.2001 & came into force on dated 16.10.2001
The land admeasuring 04 Hect. As per 7/12 extract & 3.95 Hect. As per measurement sheet within Sy. No. 610 belong to Sayyed Shafique Sayyed Moinuddin & other 4 within Parbhani Municipal Limit is included in no-development zone in aforesaid sanctioned development plan of Parbhani.
Towards north side of above applicant land Sy. No. 606 & 609 which are included in no development zone. Towards west side Sy. No. 605 & towards East side Sy. No. 610 (Pt.) of above applicants land are also included in no development Zone. Towards south side part land of Sy. No. 610 is also included in no development zone and towards south side it there is 60m wide development Road. The land towards south side of 60m wide development road within sy. No.610 the remaining land is included is residential zone in which there is residential development as per sactioned layouts. Towards west side of Sy. No. 610 there is Sy. No. 600 which is included in residential zone and towards east side of Sy. No. 610 there is Sy. No. 611 (Pt.) which is included in residential zone in which there is residential development as per sanctioned layouts.

Vide Notification dated 30.09.1999 which came into force on dated 16.12.1999. the republished Development Plan Parbhani was sanctioned on 24.08.2001, which came into force on dated. 16.10.2001.
The land admeasuring 3.20 Hect. As per 7/12 extract within Survey No. 605 belong to Sameer ShrikantraoSirdeshpande& other 2 within Parbhani Municipal limits is included in no- development zone in aforesaid sanctioned development plan ofParbhani.
Towards north side of applicants land Sy. No. 605(P) which is included in no development zone. There is Sy. No. 610 towards east side of applicants land. In this Sy. No. 610 there is no development zone partly towards north side and adjacent to this towards south side there is 60 m wide D.P. Road and adjacent to this 60 m wide D.P. road, towards south side there is residential zone in which layouts are sanctioned showing all residential development in it.
There is Sy no. 601 towards west side of applicants land in which Govt. vide its resolution dated 30.06.2021 converted the land U/s 37(2) of MR&TP Act 1966 from no. development zone to residential zone. In which now residential development took place by sanctioned layouts.
There is partly land shown in no development zone toward south side of applicants land & adjacent to this no development zone there is 60 m wide D.P. Road. Towards south side of this 60m D.P. Road. There is Sy. No. 600 which is included in residential zone in which layouts are sanctioned showing residential development in it.
Parbhani Municipal Corporation Vide its resolution No 23 date30 /08/2022 decided to delete the total land area 3.20 Hect. in Sy. No. 605 from No development zone which is to be include in Residential zone.

Within the peripherial area surrounding site No. 3/24 Garden is now used for residential purpose as per sanctioned layout.
Towards West and North side of site No.3/24 Garden in sanctioned layout of Sy. No. 623/1/A there is residential development.
Towards East side in Sy.No.627 there is partly site No 3/24 Garden & towards East side of it there is residential development as per sanctioned layout and towards south side of site No 3/24 Garden there is 12 Mts.Wide D.P. road which is East to West in directions.
PUBLIC NOTICE
O.No. PCMC/PBN/529/2022 Date30/08/2022.- Whereas the Development Plan of Parbhani (R+AA)(Partly) is sanctioned by Govt. Vide Notification dated 30.09.1999 which came into force on dated 16.12.1999. the republished Development Plan Parbhani was sanctioned on 24.08.2001, which came into force on dated. 16.10.2001.
In foresaid sanctioned D.P. within S.No. 623 Site No.3/24 Garden reservation is shown. the area of site No.3/24 Garden is 1.50 hect. And acquiring body is PBN Municipal Corporation. Out of tatal land of reservation the land admeasuring 10295 sq.mts. belong to Dilip Kishanrao Chidrawar & other 2. And they requested to the commissioner Municipal Corporation Parbhani delete their land from reservation and to include it in residential zone U/s 37 of MRTP ACT 1966 and send the proposal accordingly to Govt. for sanction. The detail report of the proposal is as follows.
The then Municipal Chief Officer of Parbhani sanctioned the residential layout of Sy.No.623/1/A area 63200 sq.mts. vide letter No.TPS/LYT/416/2000 Dated 11/10/2000.
In this sanction layout plan site No. 2 Garden parly area 10295 sq.mts.is shown as per old sanctional D.P is shown in applicants above sanctional layout.
Now this site No.2 Garden is changed as site No 3/24 Garden total area 1.50 Hect. In sanctional development plan (R+AA) Parbhani Municipal Corporation Vide its resolution No 24 date 30/08/2022 decided to dalete the partly area of 10295 sq.mts. from site No. 3/24 Garden within Sy. No 623/1/A of applicants land which is to be include in Residential zone.
The part plan showing the modification U/s 37 is kept with the town planning section of Parbhani Municipal Corporation for general Public for suggestion & objection in the office time. And whereas the Municipal Corporation Parbhani invites suggestions and objection to said modification of the Development Plan (R+AA) of Parbhani within the period of One Month from the date publication of this Notification in Government Gazette.
The suggestions and objections received by General Public within one month from the publication of this Notification in Government Gazette would be considered by Parbhani City Municipal Corporation before submitting the proposal to the Government of sanction. If no suggestion & objection are received within aforesaid stipulated period then this resolution will be final and proposal of modification will be sent to Government for sanction.
