(cid:257)याअथ(cid:559), आता मोटार वाहन अिधिनयम, १९८८ (१९८८ चा ५९) (cid:247)या कलम १६५ अ(cid:261)वये (cid:332)दान कर(cid:256)यात आले(cid:269)या अिधकारांचा वापर क(cid:544)न व (cid:257)याखाली तयार कर(cid:256)यात आले(cid:269)या िनयमा(cid:261)वये महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) शासन या(cid:465)ारे (cid:342)ी. नर(cid:606)(cid:329) क(cid:577)दार (cid:334)(cid:266)हे, िज(cid:269)हा (cid:261)यायाधीश-१ व ंबई आिण पीठासीन अिधकारी, रा(cid:249)य प(cid:555)रवहन अित(cid:555)र(cid:242)त स(cid:327) (cid:261)यायाधीश, ठाणे यांची अ(cid:260)य(cid:550), मोटार अपघात दावा (cid:261)यायािधकरण, मु अपील (cid:261)यायािधकरण, महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) रा(cid:249)य, मु ंबई (cid:266)हणून (cid:257)यांनी पदभार (cid:274)वीकार(cid:269)यापासून (cid:257)यां(cid:247)या वयाची ६० वष(cid:616) पूण(cid:593) होईपय(cid:597)त िक(cid:573)वा शासनाचे पुढील आदेश होईपय(cid:597)त यापैकी जे अगोदर घड(cid:578)ल तोपय(cid:597)त िनयु(cid:242)ती करीत आहे.

No. MCT-0922/C.R. 210/Transport-5.—Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of section 165 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 (59 of 1988), The Government of Maharashtra has constituted Eight Motor Accident Claims Tribunals for the area comprised within the limits of the Municipal Corporation of Brihan Mumbai, Four Motor Accident Claims Tribunals of Nagpur and One Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Pune and Thane each. Total 14 numbers of Motor Accident Claims Tribunals for the purpose of adjudicating upon the claims for compensation in respect of accident involving the death or bodily injury to person arising out of the use of motor vehicles or damages to any property of third party or arising of both ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 165 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 if 1988), and rules framed under this Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints Shri Narendra Kedar Brahme, District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Thane as Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai and Presiding Officer of the State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Maharashtra State, Mumbai with effect from the date he assumed charge up to the age of 60 years or until further orders of Government whichever is earlier.
