Publication of Draft Development Plan of Narkhed (2nd revision) Under Section 26 (1) of Maharashtra
Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966
Notice
No. N.P.N-T.P.D-S. 26(1)-PUBLICATION-1643.–
Whereas, the Narkhed Municipal Council, (hereinafter referred to as "the said Planning Authority,") vide Resolution No. 02, dated 17th March 2021, had declared its intention to prepare a Draft Development Plan of Narkhed (2nd Revision) (hereinafter referred to as the "said Draft Development Plan") for the area under its jurisdiction, (hereinafter referred to as the "said area") as per the provision of Section 23 (1) read with Section 21 (2) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act") and notice to that effect is published in Maharashta Government Gazette, Nagpur Division Supplement Part 1-A on July 8-14, 2021;
And Whereas, as per the provision in Section 24 of the said Act, the Municipal Council vide Order No. 1802, dated 20th October 2021 has appointed Assistant Director, Town Planning, Nagpur Branch Office as "Town Planning Officer"to prepare the said Draft Development Plan for the said area;
And Whereas, the Town Planning Officer and Assistant Director, Town Planning, Branch Office, Nagpur after having prepared Existing Land Use Map as per Section 25 of the said Act, has prepared the said Draft Development Plan (2nd revision) of the said area and has handed it over to the said Planning Authority on 20th September 2022 for publication under Section 26(1) of the said Act;
And Whereas, the said Planning Authority has passed Resolution No. 14, dated 20th September 2022 to publish the said Draft Development Plan (2nd revision) under Section 26(1) of the said Act, for inviting suggestions/objections from the public;
द्धन्रु]क्ष् रू न् +रून् ॅ-+ न् ह्यम््र ान्म््र, रू]क्ष्दन् २२, २०२२/ ३१, ॅ १९४४ ३Therefore, Narkhed Municipal Council hereby publishes the said Draft Development Plan (2nd revision) along with the Report under Section 26(1) of the said Act for inviting suggestions/objections from the public. The copy of the said Draft Development Plan and Report thereof are kept open for inspection of the public at the following offices on all working days during office hours.
(1) The Chief Officer, Narkhed Municipal Council.
(2) Assistant Director, Town Planning, Branch Office, Nagpur.
The suggestions/objections if any, in writing from the public in this regard with reasons, shall be submitted to the Chief Officer, Narkhed Municipal Council, within a period of 30 days from the date of publication of the Notice in Maharashtra Govt. Gazette. Suggestions/objections received by the Municipal Council within a period of the 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette shall only be considered.
The copies of the said Draft Development Plan and particulars shall be available to the public at reasonable price in the office of the Narkhed Municipal Council.
