1966 Section 37 (1) ]

The Revised Development plan of Nanded have been finally sanctioned by Government of Maharashtra under urban Development Department order No. TP- 3200/2043/CR-164/2000/UD-30, dated 18 August 2004 and the same has come into force with effect from 24th August 2004.

Nanded Waghala City Manicipal Corpora- tion in it's General Body Resolution No.212 dated 04.03.2022 and General Body Resolution No. 154 dated 31/12/2021have resolved to effect modification to sanctioned Revised Development plan under section 37(1) of Maharshtra Regional and Town Planning Act 1966 that in Sanctioned Development plan Reservation NO. D-18 Garden at S. No. 161 of Mauja Nanded having Nanded Waghala Muncipal Corporation, Nanded as appropriate authority for the same reservations. Out of the same Reservation No. D-18 is reduced and added to Reservation as mentioned below in details.

A copy of aforesaid plan showing modification to sanctioned Revised Development plan of Nanded is kept open in the office time of Nanded – Waghala City Muncipal Corporation for inspection of the public during office hours on all working days.

Any person desirous of making of any Suggestions or Objection to the aforesaid modification to the sanc- tioned revised Development plan of Nanded may submit in writing to the Commissioner, Nanded Waghala City Muncipal Corporation, Nanded within a period of one month from the publication of this notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette.

Any suggestion/ objection so received would be given due consideration while submitting the said proposal of modification for final sanction.

No.2022/RB-1/Desk-2/T-4/CR-37, Date 28th September, 2022.- Whereas in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevetion) Act, 1967 (37 of 1967), the Central Goverment has declared the Popular Front of India (PFI) and its associates or affiliates or fronts including Rehab India Foundation (RIF), Campus Front of India (CFI), All India Imams Council (AIIC), National Confederation of Human Rights Organisation (NCHRO), National women's Front, Junior Front, Empower India Foundation and Rehab Foundation, Kerala as an "unlawful association" vide the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification No. S.O. 4559 (E), dated 27th September, 2022, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3-Sub-section (ii), dated the 28th September 2022;

And whereas, the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 42 of the said Act, vide notification No. S.O. 4560 (E), dated the 28th September, 2022 has delegated all the powers which are exercisable by it under section 7 and 8 of the said Act, to the State Government in relation to the said unlawful association; and vide its Order No.14017/2022-NI-MFO, dated the 28th September, 2022 has also conveyed approval, that the State Government may, by an order in writing, direct that the said powers delegated to it, shall be exercised by any person subordinate to the State;

And Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has directed that all powers under section 7 and 8 of the said Act Which are exercisable by the State Government under the delegated powers by the Central Government, should be exercised also by the Commissioners of Police and the District Magistrates under the State of Maharashtra in relation to the said unlawful association i.e. the Popular Front of India (PFI) and its associates or affiliates or fronts including Rehab India Foundation (RIF), Campus Front of India (CFI), All India Imams Council (AIIC), National Confederation of Human Rights Organisation (NCHRO), National women's Front, Junior Front, Empower India Foundation and Rehab Foundation, Kerala with immediate effect vide its order No. TER-0922/CR.No. 196/SPL- IB, dated the 28th September 2022.

Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the section 7 and 8 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 and as per section 8 (1) of the said Act whereby the District Magistrate is empowered to notify the place which, in his opinion, is used for the purpose of such unlawful association, I, District Magistrate, Nanded hereby notify that the office of PFI located at House No. 9-6-324, Umar Colony, Behind Ayesha Function Hall, Opposite to Farooq Pasha School, Degloor Naka, Nanded City, Dist. Nanded is used for the purpose of the said unlawful association.

And Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has directed that all powers under section 7 and 8 of the said Act which are exercisable by the State Government under the delegated powers by the Central Government, should be exercised also by the Commissioners of Police and the District Magistrates under the State of Maharashtra in relation to the said unlawful association i.e. the Popular Front of India (PFI) and its associates or affiliates or fronts including Rehab India Foundation (RIF), Campus Front of India (CFI), All India Imams Council (AIIC), National Confederation of Human Rights Organisation (NCHRO), National women's Front, Junior Front, Empower India Foundation and Rehab Foundation, Kerala with immediate effect vide its order No. TER-0922/CR NO. 196/SPL IB, dated the 28th September 2022.

Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the section 7 and 8 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Activities (Prevention ) Act, 1967 and as per section 8 (1) of the said Act whereby the District Magistrate is empowered to notify the place which, in his opinion, is used for the purpose of such unlawful association, I, District Magistrate, Beed hereby notify that the office of PFI located at Kadarpasha Masjid, Juna Bazar Road, Beed Tq.Dist. Beed is used for the purpose of the said unlawful association.
