PUBLICATION OF DRAFT DEVELOPMENT PLAN (FIRST REVISION) OF MORSHI UNDER SECTION 26(1) OF MAHARASHTRA
REGIONAL & TOWN PLANNING ACT, 1966.
NOTICE
No. 976-2022—
Whereas, the Morshi Municipal Council (hereinafter referred to as "the said Planning Authority,") vide Resolution No. 88, dated 30th March, 2021, had declared its intention to prepare a Draft Development Plan (First Revision) of Morshi City (hereinafter referred to as the "said Draft Development Plan") for the area under its jurisdiction, (hereinafter referred to as the said "area") as per the provision of Section 23(1) read with Section 21(2) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act") and notice to that effect is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette Amravati Division Supplement Part 1-A, Dated August 12th to 18th, 2021 (Thursday to Wednesday), Year 7, 25th Publication.
And whereas, as per the provesion in Section 24 of the said Act, the Municipal Council, Morshi by vide No.-NapaMo-Outward-TP-798-2021, dated 30th August 2021 has appointed Assistant Director, Town Plan- ning And Valuation Department, Amravati Branch as "Town Planning Officer" to prepare the said Draft Development Plan for the said area.
And whereas, the Town Planning Officer and Assistant Director, Town Planning and Valuation Depart- ment, Amravati Branch after having prepared Existing Land use Map as per Section 25 of the said Act, has prepared the said Draft Development Plan (First Revision) of the said area and has handed it over to the said Planning Authority on 3rd October 2022 for publication under Section 26(1) of the said Act.

The copy of the said Draft Development Plan and Report thereof are kept open for inspection of the public at the following offices on all working days during office hours.

2. Assistant Director, Town Planning and Valuation Department, Amravati Branch.
The suggestions/objections if any, in writing from the public in this regard with reasons, shall be submitted to the Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Morshi, within the period of 30 days from the date of publication of the Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette. Suggestions/objections received by the Municipal Council, Morshi within the period of the 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette shall only be considered. The copies of the said Draft Development Plan and particulars shall be available to the public at reasonable price in the office of the Municipal Council, Morshi.

Whereas, the Manora Nagar Panchayat, (hereinafter referred to as the said "Planning Authority") vide Resolution No. 835, dated 30th September, 2022 had declared its intention to prepare a Draft Development Plan of Manora (hereinafter referred to as the "said Draft Development Plan ") for the area under its jurisdication, (hereinafter referred to as the " Ärea ") as per the provision of Section 23(1) read with Section 21(2) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the " Act ") and notice to that effect is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette Amravati Division Supplement Part-1-A, from dated 1st April, 2021 to 7th April, 2021 on Amravati Region.
And whereas, as per the provesion in Section 24 of the said Act, the Nagar Panchayat vide Order No. 580, dated the 25th March 2022 has appointed Assistant Directors, Town Planning, Washim Branch, Washim as Town Planning Officer to prepare the said Draft Development Plan for the said area.
And whereas, the Town Planning Officer and Assistant Director, Town Planning/Town Planner, Washim Branch, Washim after having prepared Existing Land use Map as per Section 25 of the said Act, has prepared the said Draft Development Plan of the said area and has handed its over to the said Planning Authority on Washim for publication under Section 26(1) of the said Act.
