महाराष्ट्र माथाडरी, हमाल व इतर श्रमजरीवरी कामगार ( नटोकररीचे कनयमन व कल्याण) अकधकनयम,१९६९.

क्र. यूडब्लयूए-२०१९/प्र.क्र.२८१/काम-५.–महाराष्ट्र शासनाने महाराष्ट्र माथाडी, हमाल आदि इतर श्रमजीवी कामगार (नटोकरीचे दनयमन व क्लयाि) अदिदनयम, १९६९ च्या कलम १४ चे पटो्ट-कलम (२), (३) व (४) सह महाराष्ट्र माथाडी, हमाल आदि इतर श्रमजीवी कामगार (स्ललागार सदमती) दनयम, १९६९ च्या दनयम (३), (४) व (५) अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आले्लया अदिकारांचा वापर करून, याद्ारे मंत्ी (कामगार) यांची स्ललागार सदमतीच्या (यापुढे याचा उ्ललेख "उक्त सदमती" असा करण्यात येईल.) अध्यक्ष पदी तसेच यात नमूद करण्यात आले्लया व्यक्तींची सदस्य पदी व सह आयुक्त (माथाडी कक्ष) मु ंबई यांची सदचव पदी दनयुक्ती करण्यात आली आहे आदि याकररता शासन अदिसूचना क्रमांक युडब्लयूए-२०१९/प्र.क्र.२८१/काम-५, दद.२२ फेब्ुवारी, २०२१ दनग्गदमत करण्यात आली आहे.

आदि ज्याअथथी, महाराष्ट्र शासन उक्त सदमतीच्या राज्य शासनाचे प्रदतदनदित्व करिारे सदस्य वगळता इतर सदस्यांचा कालाविी संपुष्ट्टात आित आहे;

म्हिून आता, महाराष्ट्र माथाडी, हमाल आदि इतर श्रमजीवी कामगार (नटोकरीचे दनयमन व क्लयाि) अदिदनयम, १९६९ च्या कलम १४ चे पटो्ट-कलम (६) सह महाराष्ट्र माथाडी, हमाल आदि इतर श्रमजीवी कामगार (स्ललागार सदमती) दनयम, १९६९ च्या दनयम(५) च्या उपदनयम १ च्या परंतुकाद्ारे प्रदान करण्यात आले्लया अदिकारांचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्ारे उक्त सदमतीचे राज्य शासनाने प्रदतदनदित्व करिारे सदस्य वगळता इतर सदस्यांचा कालाविी संपुष्ट्टात आित आहे आदि महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या राजपत्रात हा आदेश प्रदसध्द हटोण्याच्या तारखेपासून त्यांचा उक्त सदमतीचे सदस्य म्हिून कालाविी संपुष्ट्टात येईल.

(१) भाग एक-ल-२६–१ २ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग एक-ल, ऑक्टटोबर ११, २०२२/आश्ववन १९, शके १९४४ In pursuance of Clause (3) Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the following translation in English of the Government Notification, Industries, Energy and Labour Department, No.UWA-2019/ C.R.281/LAB-5, dated 11th October 2022 is hereby published under the authority of the Governor.

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra Mathadi, haMal and Other Manual WOrkers (regulatiOn Of eMplOyMent & Welfare ) act, 1969.

No. UWA-²⁰¹⁹/C.R.²⁸¹/LAB-⁵.–Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has, vide the Government Notification, Industries, Energy and Labour Department, No.UWA-2019/C.R.281/LAB-5, dated 22nd February, 2021, issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2), (3) and (4) of section 14 of the Maharashtra Mathadi, Hamal and Other Manual Worker's (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1969 (Mah.XXX of 1969) read with rules 3,4 and 5 of the Maharashtra Mathadi, Hamal and Other Manual Worker's (Advisory Committee) Rules, 1969 appointed Minister (Labour) as a Chairman of the Advisory Committee (hereinafter referred to as "the said Committee") and the persons specified therein as the Member thereof and the Joint Commissioner of labour (Mathadi Cell) Mumbai to be the Secretary thereof;

And whereas the Government of Maharashtra consider its expedient to curtail the terms of the offices the Members of the said Committee other than the Members representing the State Government ;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(6) of section 14 of the Maharashtra Mathadi, Hamal and Other Manual Workers (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1969 (Mah.XXX of 1969) and first proviso to sub-rule (1) of Rule 5 of the Maharashtra Mathadi, Hamal and Other Manual Workers (Advisory) Rules, 1969, the Government of Maharashtra hereby curtails the terms of the offices of the Members of the said Committee other than the Members representing the State Government and declares that they shall ceased to hold the offices as Members of the said Committee from the date of the publication of this Order in the Maharashtra Government Gazette.
