अवधसूचना
क्रमांक स्थावनसु -२०२२/प्र.क्र.१७९/२९.— परक्राम्य संलेख अविवनयम, १८८१ (१८८१ चा २६) च्या कलम २५ नुसार ि भारत सरकारच्या गृह मंत्ालयाची अविसूचना क्रमांक ३९/१/६८-जेयुडीएल-तीन वदनांक ८ मे १९६८ अन्िये महाराष्ट्र शासनास सोपविण्यात आलेल्या अविकारांचा िापर करून, महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्ारे १६६-अंिेरी पूि्व विानसभा मतदार संघाची पो्ट वनिडणूक-२०२२ च्या अनुषंगाने गुरुिार, वदनांक ३ नोव्हेंबर २०२२ रोजी १६६-अंिेरी पूि्व विानसभा मतदार संघात साि्वजवनक सुट्ी जाहीर करीत आहे.
२. मंत्ालयातील सि्व विभागांना विनंती करण्यात येते की, त्यांनी सदरची अविसूचना त्यांच्या प्रशासकीय वनयंत्णाखालील शासकीय, वनमशासकीय काया्वलये, महामंडळे/मंडळे इत्यादींच्या वनदश्वनास आणािी. ही साि्वजवनक सुट्ी उपरोक्त नमूद करण्यात आलेल्या मतदारसंघाच्या क्ेत्ातील जे मतदार कामासाठी त्या त्या मतदार संघांच्या बाहेर असतील त्यांनादेखील लागू राहील. तसेच केंद्र शासनाची शासकीय काया्वलये, वनमशासकीय काया्वलये, साि्वजवनक उपक्रम, बँका इत्यादींना ही साि्वजवनक सुट्ी लागू राहील.
३. मावहती ि जनसंपक्क विभाग यांनी सदर अविसूचना िृत्तपत् ि इतर प्रसारमाध्यमातून प्रवसद्ध करािी.

NOTIFICATION
No. LHD-2022/C.R.179/XXIX.— In exercise of the powers of Central Government under section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 ( 26 of 1881) entrusted to it by the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs vide its Notification No.39/1/68/JUDL-III, dated the 8th May 1968, the Government of Maharashtra hereby declares Public Holiday on day of poll i.e. Thursday, the 3rd November, 2022 in the 166-Andheri East Legislative Assembly Constituency on account of bye-election.
2. All the departments in Mantralaya are requested to bring these instructions to the notice of the Government and Semi-Government Offices, Corporations, Boards and other organizations under their administrative control. The said public holiday will also apply and be available to the registered voters of the poll-bound areas even if they are working outside the territorial limits of such areas. This public holiday also will be available to Government of India Offices, Semi-Government Offices, Undertakings and Banks etc ;
3. Directorate General of Information and Public Relations will give wide publicity of this notification through print and electronic media.
