(cid:312)मांक संकीण(cid:593)-२०२०/ (cid:332).(cid:312). १४३/ पदुम - ४.—(cid:249)याअथ(cid:559), महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) शासनाने क(cid:565)षी, पशुसंवध(cid:593)न, दु(cid:244)ध(cid:271)यवसाय िवकास व म(cid:257)(cid:274)य(cid:271)यवसाय िवभागाची शासन अिधसूचना (cid:312)मांक संकीण(cid:593)-२०२०/ (cid:332).(cid:312). ५३/ पदुम- ४, िदनांक ८ स(cid:262)ट(cid:608)बर २०२२ (यापुढ(cid:578) िजचा िनद(cid:616)श "उ(cid:242)त अिधसूचना" असा क(cid:577)लेला आहे) अ(cid:261)वये गुरे व (cid:266)हश(cid:558)मधील ल(cid:266)पी चम(cid:593)रोग, जो की (cid:332)ा(cid:256)यांमधील सं(cid:312)ामक व सांसिग(cid:593)क रोगांस (cid:332)ितबंध व िनयं(cid:327)ण अिधिनयम, २००९ (२००९ चा २७) (यापुढ(cid:578) (cid:249)याचा िनद(cid:616)श "उ(cid:242)त अिधिनयम"असा क(cid:577)लेला आहे) अ(cid:261)वये अनुसूचीत रोग (cid:266)हणून घोिषत क(cid:577)लेला असून, (cid:257)यासाठी संपूण(cid:593) रा(cid:249)याचे (cid:550)े(cid:327) "िनयंि(cid:327)त (cid:550)े(cid:327)" (cid:266)हणून घोिषत कर(cid:256)यात आलेले आहे;
आिण (cid:249)याअथ(cid:559), महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) रा(cid:249)यात मोठया (cid:332)माणात ऊस उ(cid:257)पादक तसेच साखर कारखाने असून साखर कारखा(cid:261)यांचा गळीत हंगाम लवकरच सु(cid:543) होत आहे;
आिण (cid:249)याअथ(cid:559), महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) रा(cid:249)यातील मो(cid:450)ा (cid:332)माणावर ऊसतोड मजूर (cid:257)यां(cid:247)या पशुधनासह साखर कारखा(cid:261)यांकड(cid:578) ऊसतोडणी व ऊस वाहतुकीसाठी (cid:274)थलांतरीत होत असतात;
आिण (cid:249)याअथ(cid:559), ऊसतोड मजूर तसेच शेतक(cid:311)यांकडील गुरांची (cid:257)यां(cid:247)या िठकाणापासून तसेच ऊस म(cid:270)यांपासून साखर कारखा(cid:261)यांकड(cid:578) वाहतूक (cid:332)ितबंधीत क(cid:577)(cid:269)यास (cid:257)याचा गळीत हंगामावर आिण रा(cid:249)या(cid:247)या अथ(cid:593)(cid:271)यव(cid:274)थेवर प(cid:555)रणाम होऊ शकतो;

भाग चार-अ-१९४–१२ महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) शासन राजप(cid:327) असाधारण भाग चार-अ, ऑ(cid:242)टोबर १४, २०२२/आ(cid:556)(cid:272)वन २२, शक(cid:577) १९४४ (cid:257)याअथ(cid:559), आता, उ(cid:242)त अिधिनयमाची कलमे ६ व ७ अ(cid:261)वये (cid:332)दान क(cid:577)ले(cid:269)या अिधकारांचा वापर क(cid:544)न, महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) शासन या(cid:465)ारे, उ(cid:242)त अिधसूचनेत खालील(cid:332)माणे सुधारणा करीत आहे :-
" उ(cid:242)त अिधसूचने(cid:247)या प(cid:555)र(cid:247)छ(cid:578)द (क) मधील, " सव(cid:593) गुरे" या मजक(cid:561)राऐवजी " ऊसतोड मजूर आिण शेतक(cid:311)यांची (cid:257)यां(cid:247)या िठकाणापासून तसेच ऊस मळयांपासून साखर कारखा(cid:261)यांकड(cid:578) जाणारी गुरे वगळ(cid:564)न इतर गुरे" हा मजक(cid:563)र दाखल कर(cid:256)यात येईल." या अनुषंगाने महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) शासनाकड(cid:564)न (cid:274)वतं(cid:327) आदेशा(cid:465)ारे माग(cid:593)दश(cid:593)क सूचना िनग(cid:593)िमत कर(cid:256)यात येतील.

NOTIFICATION
No. DIS-2022/C.R.143/ADF-4.—Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has vide Government Notication, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries Department, No. SANKIRNA-2020/C.R.53/ADF-4, dated the 8th September, 2022 (hereinafter referred to as "the said notication" ), declared that the whole State of Maharashtra as the "Controlled Area" in respect of the Lumpy Skin Disease (LSD), which is a Scheduled Disease declared under the Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Diseases in Animals Act, 2009 (27 of 2009) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), for cattle and buffaloes ;
And whereas, in the State of Maharashtra, there are huge number of sugarcane producers and sugar factories, and the sugarcane crushing season is going to start very soon ;
And whereas, the large number of labour families migrates from their place to the sugar factories in the State of Maharashtra with their livestock for cutting sugarcane and its transportation to the sugar factories ;
And whereas, if the movements of the cattle of sugarcane labours and farmers are prohibited from their place to sugar factories and the farm of sugarcane to sugar factory, then it may affect the sugarcane crushing season and may also affect the economy of the State of Maharashtra ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6 and 7 of the said Act, the Government of Maharashtra hereby amends the said notication as follows namely :—
" In the said notication, paragraph (a) for the word "all the cattle" the words "all the cattle except the cattle of sugarcane labourers and farmers, moving from their place to sugar factories and farm of sugarcane to sugar factory" shall be substituted", subject to the guidelines issued by Government of Maharashtra by a separate order.
