क्रमांक फरटोिा - २०२१/प्र.क्र.६२/१३-अे.—महाराष्ट्र फळांचे रटोपमळे (वनयमन) अविवनयम, १९६९ (१९६९ चा महा.
४५) याच्या कलम २१ च्या पटो्ट-कलम (२) च्या खंड (अ), (ब), (इ) द्ारे प्रदान केलेल्या अविकारांचा आवि त्याबाब्ती्त त्यास समर्ग करिाऱ्या इ्तर सि्ग अविकारांचा िापर करून, महाराष्ट्र फळांचे रटोपमळे (वनयमन) वनयम, १९७६ यामध्ये आिखी सुिारिा करण्यासाठी महाराष्ट्र शासनाने सुिारिा करण्याचे प्रस्तावि्त केलेल्या वनयमांचे पुढील प्रारूप, त्यामुळे बािा पटोहचण्याचा संभि असलेल्या सि्ग व्यक्तींच्या मावह्तीकरर्ता, उक्त अविवनयमाच्या कलम २१ च्या पटो्ट-कलम (१) द्ारे आिश्यक असल्याप्रमािे, याद्ारे प्रवसद्ध करण्या्त ये्त आहे; आवि याद्ारे अशी नटो्टीस देण्या्त ये्त आहे की, उक्त प्रारूप, महाराष्ट्र शासनाकडून वदनांक २५ ऑक्टटोबर २०२२ रटोजी वकंिा त्यानं्तर विचारा्त घेण्या्त येईल.
२. उपरटोक्त वदनांकापूिवी उक्त प्रारूपाच्या बाब्ती्त, कटोित्याही व्यक्तीकडून प्रिान सवचि, कृषी, पशुसंि्गन, दुग्िव्यिसाय विकास ि मत्स्यव्यिसाय विभाग, मंत्ालय, मादाम कामा माग्ग, हु्तात्मा राजगुरु चौक, मु ंबई ४०० ०३२ यांच्याकडे ज्या कटोित्याही हरक्ती वकंिा सूचना प्राप्त हटो्तील त्या शासनाकडून विचारा्त घेण्या्त ये्तील.

प्ारूप कनयम
१. या वनयमांस, महाराष्ट्र फळांचे रटोपमळे (वनयमन) (**सुिारिा) वनयम, २०२२ असे म्हिािे.
या िषा्ग्तील ही पवहली सुिारिा नसेल ्तर,** येर्े सुिारिेचा क्रमांक शब्दां्त नमूद करािा.
२. महाराष्ट्र फळांचे रटोपमळे (वनयमन) वनयम, १९७६ (या्त यापुढे ज्याचा वनददेश, " मुख्य वनयम " असा केला आहे) याच्या वनयम ३ मिील, पटो्ट-वनयम (१) मध्ये "१० रुपयांच्या" या मजकुराऐिजी " दटोन हजार रुपयांच्या " हा मजकूर दाखल करण्या्त येईल.
३. मुख्य वनयमांच्या वनयम ४ मध्ये,—
(क) पटो्ट-वनयम (१) मिील,—
(एक) "पाच िषांच्या" या मजकुराऐिजी, "्तीन िषांच्या" हा मजकूर दाखल करण्या्त येईल;
(दटोन) "१० रुपयांच्या" या मजकुराऐिजी, "सा्तशे रुपयांच्या" हा मजकूर दाखल करण्या्त येईल.
(ख) पटो्ट-वनयम (२) मिील "पाच िषांच्या" या मजकुराऐिजी " ्तीन िषांच्या " हा मजकूर दाखल करण्या्त येईल.
्टीप :— नमूद प्रस्तावि्त बदलाविषयी कटोित्याही हरक्ती/सूचना सदर अविसूचना महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रात प्रवसध्द झाल्याच्या वदनांकापासून १० वदिसांच्या आ्त उप सवचि (फलटोत्पादन) कृवष ि पदुम विभाग, रुम नं. ५३९ (विस्तारी्त) ५ िा मजला, मादाम कामा रटोड, मंत्ालय, मु ंबई ४०० ०३२ या पत्यािर पाठविण्या्त याव्या्त. ्तसेच [email protected] या ईमेलिर पाठविण्या्त याव्या्त त्यानं्तर प्राप्त झालेली वनिेदने / हरक्ती विचारा्त घे्तल्या जािार नाही्त याची कृपया नोंद घेण्या्त यािी.

NOTIFICATION
Maharashtra Fruit Nurseries (regulatioN) act, 1969.
No. Farowa-2021/C.R.62/13-A.—The following draft of rules further to amend the Maharashtra Fruit Nurseries (Regulation) Rules, 1976, which the Government of Maharashtra proposes to make in Fruit exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a), (b), (e) sub-section (2) of section 21 of the Maharashtra Fruit Nurseries (Regulation) Act, 1969 (Mah. XLV of 1969), and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, is hereby published, as required by sub-section (1) of section 21 of the said Act, for the information of all the persons likely to be affected thereby; and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration by the Government of Maharashtra on or after the Dated 25th October, 2022.
2. Any objections or suggestions, which may be received by the Principal Secretary (Agriculture). Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries Department. Mantralaya, Madam Cama Marg, Hutatma Rajguru Chowk, Mumbai 400 032, from any person with respect to the said draft before the aforesaid date, will be considered by the Government.
DRAFT RULES
1. These rules may be called the Maharashtra Fruit Nurseries (Regulation) (** Amendment) Rules, 2022.
Here mention the number of amendment in words, unless it is first in this year.
2. In rule 3 of the Maharashtra Fruit Nurseries (Regulation) Rules, 1976 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal rules"), in sub-rule (1) for the words and figure "Rs.10" the words "rupees two thousand" shall be substituted.
3. In rule 4 of the principal rules,
(a) in sub-rule (1),.
(i) for the words, "five years" the words "three years" shall be substituted;
(ii) for the words and figure "Rs.10" the words "rupees seven hundred" shall be substituted.
(b) in sub-rule (2), for the words. "five years" the words "three years" shall be substituted
