उपरटोक्त न्यादयक अदिकाऱ्यास महाराष्ट्र औद्टोदगक संबंि अदिदनयम, १९४६; औद्टोदगक दववाि अदिदनयम, १९४७ व महाराष्ट्र कामगार संघ्टनांना मान्य्ता िेिे व अनुदच्त प्रथा प्रकार प्रद्तबंि अदिदनयम, १९७१ अं्तग्ग्त प्रकरिे हा्ताळण्यासाठी याद्ारे प्रादिकृ्त करण्या्त ये्त आहे.

NOTIFICATION
No.ICE- 1022/C.R.181/Lab-6.– In exercise of the power conferred by Rule 4 of Maharashtra Judicial Officers of the Labour Courts and Industrial Courts (Recruitment, Appointment and Disciplinary Action) Rules, 2014 and with reference to the letter of Hon'ble High Court, Mumbai, No.A.1226/ 83 /1754/2022, dated the 7th October 2022, The Government of Maharashtra hereby appoint " Shri Mohan Renukadasrao Deshpande as President, Industrial Court, Mumbai ".
The above Judicial Officer are hereby authorised to deal with the cases under Maharashtra Industrial Relation Act, 1946; Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 and M.R.T.U. and P.U.L.P. Act, 1971.
