औद्ोर्गक र्वाद अर्धर्नयम, १९४७.
क्रमांक औदिअ-०६२०२२/प्र.क्र.४२/काम-२.—ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासनाची अशी खात्ी झालेली आहे की, साि्वजदनक दहतार्व खाली नमूद केलेल्या पररदशष्ट्टातील उद्ोगाची सेिा (येर्ून पुढे पररदशष्ट्ट असे संबोधािे ) औद्ोदगक दिाद अदधदनयम, १९४७ च्या प्रयोजनार्व साि्वजदनक लोकोपयोगी सेिा म्हणून घोदित करणे आिश्यक आहे ;
२. त्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासन, औद्ोदगक दिाद अदधदनयम, १९४७ मधील पदहल्या पररदशष्ट्टासह कलम २ (एन) ( ६) अन्िये प्रदान केलेल्या शक्तीचा िापर करून खालील पररदशष्ट्टातील उद्ोगाची सेिा उक्त अदधदनयमाच्या प्रयोजनार्व ही अदधसूचना दनग्वदमत केल्याच्या ददनांकापासून पुढे सहा मदहन्यांच्या कालािधीसाठी "लोकोपयोगी सेिा" म्हणून घोदित करीत आहे.

NOTIFICATION
IndustrIal dIsputes act, 1947.
No. IDA-062022/C.R.42/Lab-2.— Whereas the Government of Maharashtra is satisfied that in the public interest, the services in the Industry specified in the Schedule appended hereto (hereinafter referred to as the Schedule) should be declared as "Public Utility Service " for the purpose of the Industrial Disputes Act,1947 (14 of 1947).
2. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (vi) of the clause (n) of section 2 of the aforesaid Act read with the first Schedule thereto, Government of Maharashtra hereby declares that the services in the Industry mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto, to be "Public Utility Service" for the purpose of the aforesaid Act, for a period of six months from the date of the issue of this notification.
