Modification under Section 37 of Maharashtra Regional And Town Planning Act,
1966 to sanctioned Development Plan of Amravati (Revised).
NOTIFICATION
No. AMC-Commissioner-ADTP-Modification-1301-2022.—
The Development Plan of Amravati (R.) has been sanctioned by the Government in Urban Develop- ment by Noitfication No. TPS-2892-1180-CR 90-92(B)-UD-13, dated 4th December 1992 and it has come into force with effect from 25th February 1993. Amravati Municipal Corporation through its General Body Resolution intends to make the following Modification u/s 37(1) Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 to sanctioned Development Plan of Amravati (Revised).

The copies of the Plan showing there on the above said Modification in the Development Plan of Amravati (R.) signed Assistant Director of Town Planning, Municipal Corporation, Amravati along with the copies of the guidelines of the Government for Modification were kept in the Office of Amravati Municipal Corporation for inspection by public during office hours on all working days.
The suggestions and objections from any person which may be received in writing or onlineweb site [email protected] by the Municipal Corporation, Amravati within the period of one month (30 days) from the date of publication of this notice in the official Gazette shall be considered by this Corporation before submitting it to Government for sanction.
